Courteous- timely emails in the process of purchasing and shipping--always made me feel like they would helpin any way possible with the transaction, i.e. change of address with mailing, opportunity to pick upArtwork and waive shipping charges. Can't wait to visit their gallery one day! 😊

I placed an order online for a broom, I went to pick it up Friday night unfortunately the kid never put in the system that I picked it up so I got several emails telling me to pick it up and I just got one that canceled it. I’m not sure what you can do to update your system when somebody does order online and a pick up thanks.

I’d like to give 0 stars. My bigpond email account failed whilst overseas in July. Since my return, 3 weeks unable to access my bigpond email. Numerous phone calls, absolutely hopeless. Such dreadful customer service. Telstra are closing down bigpond next year and clearly don’t want to provide any service.

Prompt and efficient dealing with an issue. For some reason, after re-installing Firefox I was unable to get Dashlane to operate because I needed a code number. Despite the system repeatedly saying a code had been sent, I was not receiving them. After taking part in an online chat, and later in emails, the problem was rectified by an operative called Rita.

I never watch anything hosted by Youtube because of the adverts; so many that by implication Youtube believe our time and thus we, ourselves are worthless.But I am presently watching, (trying to watch) an important interview by Ash Sarkar with Ahmed Alnaouq and it is clear that the Youtube adverts are being deployed purely to prevent people from viewing content sympathetic to Palestinian victims.The adverts for Mark Warner - the clue is in the name - are so much at odds with the content as to be a piss-take of Palestinian suffering. And not only will I not watch anything on Youtube again, when I'm done with this important interview, but I'll never go on a Mark Warner Holiday!
