Very very poor service worst from any company I ever experienced. Allow scammer to use platform multiple times and do nothing to help you when your stranded. Can't be bothered to investigate when I offered All evidence I have from the host and won't even escalate my complaint to a manager call back!!!!
Review of academia
I can't rate Academia Edu low enough. They are both useless and extortionate. I cannot stress enough that you should never be involved with them. I have just been charged £202.80 for the annual premium fee which used to £81. I thought I had ended my subscription but either way that price is ridiculous. I complained to their refund team just to be told they have cancelled my auto renewal. I explained that I am student and even informed them of roughly how much was in my account but no sympathy was shown. Academia feels as though it is purely in it for the money and does not care about it's customers. I honestly feel scammed and I am furious. I never found the resources on Academia useful anyway. I hope many people see this review and the other negative reviews and don't have the same experience as I have.

Had one of these that broke in about 5 months. That in itself is pretty bad but the customer service experience is straight from hell. I had to verify my identity to get customer service to help, but Google have several fancy automated systems to do this, none of which work. After an hour I finally managed to get someone to handle it manually. They'd send me a new device and I send the old one back to avoid getting charged. Their systems did not miraculously improve so the system to return their device was also broken. The one bright side is so far I'm unsure if getting the device back to them will make it more, or less likely I get charged.

I'm posting to tell people I actually received a refund after a couple of hours of negotiation with people who are told to make it intentionally difficult, or so it would certainly seem!The supervisor did ring back 2 days later and refunded the dodgy payment I hadn't formally agreed to. I certainly didn't receive an email I was told was sent to me informing me I was about to be charged $195. However, the email was irrelevant apparently...Although the outcome was positive good companies do not operate like this.

If I could give the customer service -0.1 star I would. It will not allow me to cancel my account. Daylight robbery. You cannot get hold of anyone to help, and their AI chat is probably the most frustrating experience. Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND.

We bought a side by side fridge which was delivered within a short period of time. At the time of the delivery they removed the old fridge and promised that an installer would come within 24 hours to install and connect the new fridge. We are now waiting 3 days without a fridge for the installer to arrive.

Bol the worst place from where to order. I found my order on the stairs and it was open. Bol with what delivery company sent orders around the Netherlands. Delivery company should leave me a note in mailbox not to leave it on the stairs. Bol not even one stars don't deserve.

I have been a AAA memeber for 7 years. I usually have great experiences. They are usually very prompt. My last 3 experiences have not been the greatest. The last time, I was stuck on the highway and had to wait 1 1/2 with an 8 month old for someone to help us. When I called, they stated that they had no request, even though I had a request ID# and confirnation texted to me. This made the wait longer, as they had to reissue the request. The other time, I was stranded with a flat at night. No one ever came. I was just stranded until I could find a friend to get me. AAA never showed up and I never recieved a call to inform if they were lost. I currently have a flat on the highway, after waiting an hour, I called to see if sowmine had been dispatched. I was told that no one had been dispatched yet, because the system did not read the request as a priority (it's priority since we are on the highway and it's an unsafe condition), even though I did include the location when I submitted the request online

Ugh, Target used to be my go-to, but lately it's gone downhill. My last pickup order had 3 missing items and the substitutions made ZERO sense (who replaces organic almond milk with sugary cereal?!). The app said "ready in 2 hours" but took 5 freakin' hours to get the notification. Only giving 2 stars because at least the drive-up pickup guy was nice about it.Walmart's pickup is actually more reliable now – never thought I'd say that!

I've bought tickets via Songkick on a number of occasions. The app has transformed my ability to buy tickets (previously I always found out too late that tickets were on sale).
From comparisons made at the point of sale tickets appear to be no more expensive than if bought from the venue directly.
And for a recent concert, when I realised on the day of a concert that I couldn't locate the tickets, replacements were made available and were ready for collection on the door that evening - impressively swift service.
Highly recommended. My only reservation about posting here: the more people use Songkick the less chance I'll have of getting tickets..!

Their subscription plan is obnoxious and predatory. They offer you x amount per month for x amount of downloads, then this somehow becomes a yearly plan which you can only cancel at the end of the term. Otherwise you have to pay 50% of the remaining yearly subscription. This should be illegal. To be clear I have to PAY $159.00 to stop getting charged $29 per month. These people are evil and manipulative.

Jotform provides excellent enquiry forms you can design for your business where you can have appts set up on it by client. It provides details of my services with the rates. They pick the service and submit the form. This helps my business work to get payments for services.

Our business has had Dropbox for 5 plus years. I will never recommend to anyone else. The service itself is downgrading with weird sync issues. Plus - it is almost impossible to get support via chat or phone without sacrificing an hour of one's time. It is frustrating and insane and I can't imagine we'll be re-upping when our contract runs out this year
