Review of temu
I have ordered alot of stuff from here and its hit and miss. I have noticed that with alot of items they come alot smaller than the pictures. Example being I purchased a shoe storage cupboard from them. In the picture it shown it had 3 shelves on it which could hold 4 pairs of shoes on each shelf. They held 2 pairs and a single shoe. It really annoyed me because I bought 2 to stack on top of eachother. Then the worst part was the top shelf had a piece of wood covering half of the opening. I thought that it would be ok because I could just put slippers in it. Nope couldnt even get a pair of flat slippers in it. Really annoyed me because I paid £100 all together for them.

Do Not Advise. I used to recommend this platform for web hosting but have since begun telling clients to use ANYTHING ELSE. The billing has been inconsistent, any tiny error blows up your entire site functionality despite COMPLICATED AF connections with PayPal that had money missing for months and no help anywhere but a round about blame game of two companies who allegedly have excellent compatibility. They offer services and templates they DON'T deliver on and the site can't even keep you logged in opening a new tab. It's a miracle they function with what they do. USE ETSY.

Review of gog
GOG has remained to this day one of the best, if not my absolute favourite service for purchasing games online. The ease of use, functionality, extras and care they bring to every product release, starting with the 'good old games' that were the reason i sought GOG out, to more modern releases---everything is done thinking about user satisfaction. Extremely happy customer of over a decade.

Got an email that my order was canceled and to call them. I call and they want to “make sure” it’s me, even though I’ve ordered from the site before with same account. They “clear” me to go ahead and make the purchase again while already having charged me. Returns take “up to 10 days” so I have to pay double while I wait for the money for a order that you denied but still took out of my account. Either don’t take the money and contact me for more information or take the money and send me my stuff. They’re playing games then blaming it on the bank that it takes so long. DONT take the money if you think me or my order is suspicious. Call, email, white to me but do not take my money just to cancel the order. That’s ridiculous.

On 12/13/21 A Macy’s store supervisor had made an online gift order for me that was suppose to arrive via UPS by 12/22/21 or sooner as I was told. On top of that I’ll add that I never received an email link to track my order. I called customer service and was able to confirm that the order was placed.. but since then it had been handed off to USPS for delivery which is estimated to arrive sometime this weekend. WOW 😡

Review of eBay
Ebay is deceptive about their selling fees. They claim to take 13-15% from the sale, but include the shipping price as part of the total. I sold an item for $20, shipping was $10, so they charged me a percentage from $30, which is not what I earned. So the have you pay them for the shipping label after they charged you a percentage of that amount. If you use the option to boost the listing, they charge even more. They ended up taking almost $9 out of a $20 sale. I recommend other selling options.

I am really glad that I found this valuable resource that saves a lot of time in designing a fully functional WordPress website. This package for me has everything that I am looking for and more than the basic needs to create a fully functional and great looking website.Powerful pack and with clear documentation even with Youtube, that makes the learning curve on using the tools a lot easier. Thank you for developing this great tool!

Arbitrarily restricting accounts in order to get people to verify with a government ID and help them collect data via their dubious Persona platform. This is certainly illegal and does not align with EU laws. Their small print basically says that they can do with all data whatever they want.So they just lock honest people out of their accounts for absolutely no reason. Or how they say it: "We take proactive actions to protect you. We first need to verify your identity to ensure your account safety. To regain access to your account, please submit a government-issued ID."What a nice, capitalist way to "protect me". They locked me out of my own account that is verified with my phone number, and has a 2-step verification.Reading up on it in forums, this seems to have become pretty normal, and people keep telling that even after they provided an ID, they could still not avail access to their own account any more. What could one expect when Microsoft bought Linkedin ... nothing good, of course.
Review of Facebook
I can no longer support Meta due to its decision to dismantle its DEI initiatives and equity-focused programs. For years, the company benefited from diverse voices and communities, yet now it has chosen to cater to political pressure instead of standing by its values. Additionally, Meta has a history of spreading misinformation and influencing elections in ways that undermine democracy. I refuse to continue supporting a company that disregards both equity and truth.
