I took to jotform after trying out a number of other platforms because it was so simple to use. I really like the major recent additional features, particularly the use of pdf forms. I have a paid account and, as a non-profit, we find it very good value for money.

Spent over a £1000 on a asus gaming PC, machine developed a fault inside 6 months. I sent the machine back and they've now had it for 7 weeks and still not inspected and can't give any time line for it to be repaired but will return it still broken if I want. Absolutely the worst customer service and company I've ever dealt with.

I made two bookings yesterday and both were cancelled by owners because they said they had other plans for those dates and hadn't updated their calendars. I had spent a huge amouint of time on thr site finding suitable properties and now it seems all that time was wasted. I tried to tell customer service but they were not helpful - you can see their reply - but they didn't do anything useful - my advice is go to a more reliable booking site.

Would actually put zero stars if I could. Like a lot of people my facebook was hacked, it was completly taken over, password and email. So all the help functions for facebook are not accessible! I managed to create a new account and logged on, then I found my account, I reported it and left feedback to try and get my account back. I then got a message to say that my account wasnt meeting their guidelines and they requested to do a video to confirm my identity. I thought this was a way to get my account back but now I'm completly locked out I cant get a new account so I have no way of getting back on. I'm devasted to have lost everything all the memories shared using facebook and there is no one on facebook who I can contact I know we all use it but its an apsolute disgrace that there isnt a dedicated team to help with this which you can contact without havibg to go on facebook, if I am wrong please say!

Absolutely abysmal delivery service.Claimed to have attempted delivery 3 times.Each time we were at home near the door at specified times.The 3rd apparent attempt I was actually working on the doorstep!When I rang lady apologised and said only 1 attempt was made and parcel is marked down for return to senderAVOID THIS COMPANY

Failed to ship goods even though in stock for 3 weeks already. Outsourced customer service is of little to no assistance, and has no tools to assist or compensate. And try and make a formal complaint or find an email address to write to is near impossible.

Joyce was great with our dog Jack. Being an older dog with anxiety she handled the separation greatly. She sent pictures and kept us informed of what he was doing. She was wonderful and if we are ever in need of her services we will definitely contact her again.
