Don’t use their order ahead feature on the app. I love chipotle but every single time I’ve used it my order gets messed up or they leave something out. I will no longer be using their app because I’d rather have my order be accurate!

Yes they suck, minus zero would apply here. I received damaged goods. The seller is so dang RUDE. Their not telling the truth about not receiving photos. The box arrived beat up and smashed. Only four was inside. I can't get through to Ebay's flawed customer service system. I keep getting disconnected. Then when I finally get through recording states I'm calling after business hours 🙃. Chat for a refund will only give me a credit to return one item, however I purchased seven. These companies nowadays are all ripping ppl off.

Every one makes mistakes.....Okay, we have a simple issue. We're using your paid plugin on our website, which you can verify. We commissioned and paid the website maker for the task last year. You can verify this by contacting the website builder. We no longer utilize the services of the website builder as we maintain the website ourselves. We've sent the original invoice to you, which you can verify as well. What's missing is a purchase email, but we don't have one. That's why you're refusing to provide assistance. We've accepted that we won't receive any service. We've been struggling for over 1.5 months and can't even update, causing the plugin to malfunction. We're giving up. Good luck with that 265 euros.

It’s a joke. Requested a card to help pay for rent. I had to pay $300 to get it and it’s been 2 weeks and still hasn’t arrived. They only gave me a credit for $300 and I can’t increase it for 6 months. So I’m out $300 to spend $300 and didn’t even help me with rent. Why would I spend money to spend money!? It’s the exact same amount so at this point all they have done is take my money with no credit. Outrageous. Customer service did absolutely nothing to help me. Go to money mart. Stay far away from capital one
