Review of WordPress
Their customer support is useless. I have flagged a bug six times and I still didn't get any concrete help in fixing it. I haven't edited my website in months, yet recently a client pointed out that the design is messy. I find it unacceptable to not receive help in fixing this issue, despite being caused by Wordpress itself.

Don't even bother. I ordered an item with the expectation it would be delivered by 11/19. After talking to three different customer service representatives, I was finally able to find out it didn’t ship until 11/18 (ordered 11/13) and wasn’t estimated to get delivered until 12/1. Absolutely ridiculous and all they could say was sorry for the inconvenience. Well now Im left without a gift for a friend going out of the country in five days.

Review of lg
Stay clear of purchasing anything LG in Panama,Central America. We have a $3000, 3 year new fridge. First all the finish started peeling off the front doors at 2 years. LG promised to replace all the doors under warranty. That was a year ago in November 2019. STILL WAITING. 2 weeks ago our ice maker went, then the crisper electronics went because when the ice machine water leaked into the electronics, then compressor died, all within a week of each other. It took several messages and calls to LG's service centre POLAR and several more to LG in Panama before someone actually answered our messages. It then took another week to come take a look at it. They confirmed it was the compressor and said IF there was one in Panama City it would take 48 hours. There was but we are STILL WAITING.....8 days later now and they are not answering any of our messages. We run a small bed and breakfast and made it clear we CANNOT do with out a fridge. No replacement was offered, tho in my mind it would be cheaper for LG to send a loaner and or replace our lemon. NOT happy with LG customer service or their representative POLAR in Panama.

Review of yoast
While navigating a frustrating and complicated problem where most other companies we reached out to merely passed the buck, Yoast support quickly investigated the problem. While it turned out not to be an issue with their product, they directed me to resources that explained and helped me troubleshoot pretty quickly. Having dealt with various support teams from other companies lately, I was pleasantly surprised by the service from Yoast.

Seagate ultra slim external hard drive with recovery back up is worthless and a waste of money. The company doesn’t honor their side of the deal. The company has no regard or respect for the customer. The customer is at their marcy. Please look into purchasing some other brand of external hard drive and avoid Seagate as much as possible.

Review of ancestry
I signed up for a 4 month trial of Ancestry.com. Immediately I began looking for any relatives in UK with my surname. I did not expect to have to give the county in England where they lived. That was what I was trying to find out. No matter how I tried, unless I entered a County, I could not go any further. I entered.my mother’s surname and found her listed, as well as her mother, my maternal grandmother. But as Ancestry.com were blocking my search, I ost all interest, and sent an email, letting them know that I would not be continuing my membership beyond the 4 month trial. Here is a copy of a 2nd email, reminding them that I wished to cancel my membership, sent 15-4-2025. Below that is the confirmation of payment, from Ancestry “This is to say that I wish to cancel my membership as soon as the 4 month introductory period is over.I have been bitterly disappointed. I expected more than I thought I could do. I was under the impression that I could just enter a surname, and all results would show for it, no matter which country it came from. I did not expect that I had to enter not just the country for my search, e.g. England - but also which county in England. How on earth would I be expected to know that? That’s ridiculous! For what I had paid I was expecting any ancestor of my family surname (which is unique), to show - wherever they might have come from, or presently living in the world. Please just cancel my membership and I will not give a one star rating review on TrustPilot.”On 9 Feb 2025, at 16:31, Ancestry wrote:Here are the details of your recent purchase. But as I had already informed them twice previously that it was my intention of not continuing past the 4 month trial period, I cannot trust them NOT to take the £19.99 from my bank account. I cannot give my opinion of Ancestry, because it is unprintable. But it is a lot less than a one star rating.I have since had a reply from Ancestry.com. But even after telling them THREE TIMES that I did not wish to continue my membership after the 4 month trial period is over, they are still not accepting it. I have been informed that if I wish to cancel my membership, then I have to phone them to do it.How absolutely preposterous! I am certainly not going to do that. This company is run by staff which are so rude.If three times is not enough notice that I wish to stop my membership after the trial period has ended is not enough times, then that is too bad. I have had to warn them not to take money from my bank account, as I will consider it theft, and will inform the police.

I was bought a lot of wool from temu as I love to crochet , each time I've crocheted for a few hours my arm comes up in a red raised rash I only get it with wool from temu so I'm not sure if it's to do with the dye they use , it's irritating and red so I won't be using their wool anytime soon and will bin the wool I have which is a shame but I'm not prepared to put up with irritation everything I want to crochet

Review of scribd
Like many other users here, I have been scammed at this site. My credit card was used without my knowledge to subscribe to Scrib'd, and it looks like quite a common thing to happen. I have never even signed up for a free trial, so I'm puzzled how on earth Scrib'd could have my credit card details. Scrib'd was extremely unhelpful in sharing info that could help combat credit card fraud, so I think there's something fishy going on here. Please beware!
