I wanted a very special kind of website to sell my new book “ Living my Dream as A Filmmaker” to media students . I couldn’t find anything that did what I wanted, so I had to create a first of its kind webbook site. I searched and found WP for Beginners and decided to give them a try. A very good decision! I told them what I wanted to do / They immediately responded with a plan. They are very innovative , work quickly for a reasonable cost. We worked well together. 1. The automations are great when they work. I’m experiencing issues with buttons not working in messages which means I need to manually intervene. 2. Training videos are out of date ajd have been promised to be updated for several months yet still waiting. 3. Customer service takes on average a week to get a reply. There is no live chat function and generally the support is lacking and a real problem they need to address.

This is the last shot I am trying. I really enjoyed Duolingo experience. Even had a subcription for a while. It sparked passion and interest into foreign languages I even suggested courses. However changes came and changes for the worse. The learning system was overhauled by someone who even I can tell has no prior experience in language learning but does have prior experience in mobile game design (I work in the field I can tell). You have a chance to go back - revert changes. But the lack of response from support, hundreds of comments in social media etc. says to me you dont care. So as of November 2022 - do not use this app and if you use it - leave it. Vote with your wallet and go to comptetion.

One star is too much, for all the reasons in other comments. Simply trying to close the site is aggravating. I particularly love how the writers drool over clothes worn by people it likes (most of the royal families of Europe) and sneer at how much Meghan's clothes cost.

Never order online. This is the worst delivery experience I have ever had. Orders are constantly delayed, have incorrect statuses, and can be refunded or even lost at any time. Currently, I have two orders, and I've been trying to resolve the issue for almost two weeks now.

Asked them through their Instagram regarding an item I was interested in on their US site to see if they would be shipping to the UK soon. Got a blunt 'we don't know' answer. I wish they'd just allow all the items to be shipped everywhere with the appropriate shipping charges.
