This paper leans heavily to the left. If they can promote the latest loony-left fad they will. The 'Journalists' are SJW's, always looking to 'rub the right's nose in it' as Tony Blair once said. And we all know they censor the comments to favour their agenda. Poor show, about time it died off.

The Bitdefender bot couldn't resolve my problem, thus let me know that I would be contacted by the customer service. I didn't expect to get very soon a message from their customer service, but I was wrong, the same day, a couple of hours later, I got the message, great !My problem seemed to be a little bit tough, it needed the intervention of 3 different service people, all very kind and trying hard to give me help.Finally, the solution was very simple and effective. The only hint I can give you: look carefully at the details ! In my case, the detail was a missing icon on the screenshot I sent, the service guy didn't see it at first, so gave me the wrong informations.

I returned my items

My money and items were stolen and not returned, and after a lengthy process where I contacted them regularly, nothing has been resolved. I returned my items, and they refused to offer a refund for their products. I sent several emails and they continued to send me in circles. I have not received all of the item I sent to them, and they have not returned my money. I will never shop online with them again, and I also will not be shopping in stores.

Really bad customer support! They more or less ignore forum users, replying only for the sake of replying, not resolving any issues. Also, their products do look very nice but theyre really cheap, dont have a lot of features, and have "unfixable" issues that will drive you crazy!!!Dont buy!!!

Ebay are passing the buck when items don't arrive by putting the onus on the buyer to resolve the issue rather than the seller. I bought something to be delivered and therefore it’s seller’s responsibility to make sure the item is delivered to me. In this case the seller used a courier and should chase the courier to find out what’s happened to my order. Ebay are closing cases in favour of the seller without proper investigation.

When I found an automatic renewal on my account, I was shocked, as I knew I'd sent a cancelation through the Google Play Store just shy of a year ago. I hadn't been finding any useful information, and felt the cost was not justified. Imagine my surprise when, instead of an email, a lovely young lady phoned me to help with this (rather expensive) billing issue. Companies don't normally call subscribers, so I was impressed with the company's business practice.In discussing the situation, the young lady (I didn't catch her name) helped work through the situation with me, and helped me understand where the error lay (a great deal on my part) but was still able to assist me with a partial refund, thanks in part to my current student status.It was a pleasure to work with a company that has such ethical and professional practices as this young lady and My Heritage.
