After two weeks of order being "processed" and me emailing them and them assuring me that order is just about to be shipped, they decided to cancel my order. I heard so many people complaining about the same thing. What's the point of shopping on their website if they could cancel your order any time.

Its ok i guess ( compared to the old bribed twitter!) except that there are countries/cults that we know of that are still trying to rule over our speech. I get oppressed for saying the truth of the Zionists who want to rule over the whole world....And there are too many scammers that personify Elon and try to steal money constantly and its very wasteful and can be prevented. When you report them nothing gets done.Plus all the trolls and free women that follow you and also invite men on the mobile version.It would so nice to clean the swamp and have more friendly conversations rather than make some cult rule over our conversationos. I don't think a group should take over the platform do you?

My £39 annual subscription with the Daily Telegraph is due to expire very soon, they have sent me a reminder stating that the renewal fee will be £199. I have had very annoying experiences in the past from this company and unfortunately there is no 'cancel my account' button, instead they insist I call 03309 127113 and speak to a 'member of our friendly team'. I don't want to call them, I simply want to cancel the account. I've spoken to their 'friendly team' in the past, trying to cancel a previous account, and was bombarded with special offers via email and requests to call them, they don't take no for an answer.The expiring £39 subscription wasn't worth the money, I don't like paying good money to be served up with what I consider to be crude propaganda, the ranting of warmongers, vulgar jingoism and disinformation. I have seen that others in this Trustpilot Telegraph thread have had money taken from their account - and it is difficult to get it back. It must be against consumer law to operate in this fashion, they need to put a "I want to cancel this account immediately" box in the subscriptions section of the online 'My Account' details. I do not have a recurring subscription and if they take this money without my agreement there will be some awkwardness to follow.
