Terrible

Terrible. Couldn’t even get my “Coming Soon” page to display the correct line of work. I’m in massage therapy and it displays Energy sustainability! The response? “Oh that could only be edited the first 72hrs. In order to edit it you have to pay “ I entrusted them with my domain and my email , and now until I create my full website all of my online traffic and business cards are sending clients to an energy sustainability site! I was really on the fence between Godaddy and Squarespace. They made that choice SO much easier for me. If you can’t edit 3 words on a coming soon page, why would I trust you with my website creation ??

Thiefs!!

Thieving b*stards!! Refused a refund via email for event that did not go ahead due to COVID & unable to speak to any human being to sort it out. Now I'm going to have to claim back via my credit card. Would NEVER book using these guys again.

Poor quality business cards

Ordered some business cards, paid extra for premium paper. Received them today and noticed the quality of the paper and printing are so poor. No way that is a 325-350gsm paper. My cards have white background with black font and there is black stains all over the card which I'm not sure is ink or dirt. Terrible experience, I do not recommend them at all

In principle Nest Thermostat is a great device but Nest Customer Service is on the worst possible level. It is taking months and hours on the phone/chat to receive replacement. First they send the wrong replacement. I sent it back but it got lost. Now they are investigating and I am almost 2 months without functioning device.

Review of ESPN

ESPN is just not worth it anymore

ESPN that had once been a staple in my home. Has just became horrible. Espn used to be about sports now. Not so much literally heard three hours of Espn talking about Britney Spears the other day. Also, if you enjoy a program on ESPN, it will get canceled they fire all their good TV people such as Max Kellerman, Keyshawn, Johnson, and many more to hire Pat McAfee, Disney owns Espn and they’ve just ruined it. I have canceled all of my ESPN and Disney subscriptions because I just don’t want to give these companies any money only way we kidding tell companies such as this that were fed up with their stuff is my stop giving them more money

Review of target

I called Target for a price adjustment

I called Target for a price adjustment. Both the customer service rep and the manager were unable to do it correctly. When you purchase an order, use a gift card, and pay with your target red card the price adjustment should automatically be refunded to your target red card. Instead they refund the gift card balance and then the red card. If I am purchasing something from Target, why would I want the gift card back? Logical sense is to apply the refund portion to the charge card before giving a customer a gift card. Their answer was...it applies it back based on the way the invoice was charged and there's nothing I can do to help you, but...if you go to the store they can return and then apply the gift card and then charge your card. So, I wasted my time calling target customer service. Their staff is incompetent and cannot manually refund a red card and do simple math. After wasting my time on a call with customer service, I need to now drive down there and do all this work to get a proper price adjustment. No thanks....I'll shop somewhere else in the future. I hate bad customer service.

I made the mistake of signing up for a free trial. I discovered fast I did not like this app so for two days I’ve been trying to cancel my trial subscription!! They’ve got it rigged so that you can’t possibly cancel with any of the instructions they provide. They have not responded to my emails. DO NOT GET THEIR “FREE TRIAL”!! You’ll be sorry! Horrible company and website!

Review of americanexpress

Would you like a side order of fries with your fraud?

Been a customer of American Express for 15 years. I have always had excellent customer service. Today however, I cancelled my account. American Express sent me an active replacement card in a fully branded envelope. While I realize I probably would have been protected from fraud if the card had been misdelivered, the lax security American Express just displayed and complete lack of basic common sense has lost my confidence in whoever is making these decisions at the top.

Idiots!

Idiots! You have to make it as hard as possible for me to look for my package. Make sure that customer service is customer service, instead of customers struggling to find their package, after you "tried delivering it".

Reported a post to Facebook of someone…

Reported a post to Facebook of someone openly committing a crime. They said it didn’t go against community standards. The system Facebook has to identify problem posts is ridiculous and embarrassing for such a large platform: they’re quite literally enabling criminal activity and not removing it.
