Before Covid this was a prime cruise…

Before Covid this was a prime cruise line after Covid I feel they are at the same or worse level than Carnival. Below are the things I found has diminished Considerably.1) Food this was bland and it was like that during each meal we had. The Buffet breakfast and lunch was the same thing every single day after day after day the dining room food was at times the same thing they had at the buffet and vise versa.2) Room Steward never showed up and Royal now has them cleaning the room once a day ours was a morning clean so when we came in sweaty, salty from ocean water our beds were made and we had to sit on those beds all dirty from being out all day and after taking a shower we had no towels left that were cleaned. They no longer clean the rooms twice a day but yet you are paying higher prices.3) Shows were the same shows every day and the comedians you are told to not go back the next night because they will do the same exact show every single night. Before you had another activity because the comedians were different snd everyday the shows were different.4) Pools are tiny and super overcrowded.5) You submit and after cruise survey and no one cares because of the bad reviews I gave you would think they would care and call you.6) The casinos host were as excited as a door nail to have invited casino guest like myself never said hello, never came by, always hidding, it wasent until the last night that I placed a note on their desk saying I was writing a bad review and they finally showed up trying to be friendly and full of excuses why they didn’t welcomed or acknowledge free full suit package casino players. 7) The pursers desk could care less about your complaints and would never return calls.8) you order breakfast to be delivered by 8 am sometimes they didn’t show up until 9:30 or 10:00 am9) I ordered a drink package that included coffees shakes water sodas and every day sometimes twice a day I would have to go down to the pursers desk because they would tell me the card was inactive.10) 7 day cruise 7 days we called saying the room was hot and the air didn’t work 7 days and 7 days they couldn’t fix it.I would never go back until these changes take place. You pay premium cruise price from what I see in their web page and your getting less than Carnival service. They are using cheap food, service, customer service. Although Celebrity is owned by carnival their service is better but I feel soon they will be the same way.I went in Princess cruise for 12 days to Europe, Ireland, Scotland, Whales snd the service there was better than what the old Royal Caribbean service and food. Please I am telling you this cruise line is packing people in like sardines snd giving you DENNY’s quality food and service STAY AWAY TRUST ME

Disgraceful company

Disgraceful company. Opened an account, verified with photo ID, and made an initial deposit (so I could try using the platform see if I wanted to invest more later down the line), from my bank account that is registered at the same address as on the ID.Held my faster payments deposit for 4 days, when I contact support they email me several hours later telling me they are closing my account and returning the funds to my account. No reason given whatsoever - if a bank were to close your account - they tell you why.So I'm currently waiting for the money to return to my account - they were happy to take it, lets see if they are happy to return it.Moral of the story? Incompetence

Luckily, I only have to use FedEx a couple of times a year when I order things from the US.But this time, it's just unbelievably incompetent.I received three different invoices from FedEx for tax payment on the same order. It's already the third week of trying to figure out what's going on.They claim I have an unpaid amount of 3 euros, but their payment system hasn't worked for two weeks.I'm just wasting time over these 3 euros.

EXPERIAN BOOST IS A GODSEND

Anytime you can add an additional 15 points to your FICO score with Experian Boost it is a great experience. I wish there was some way Experian Boost could include the on-time payments of your last 12 or 15 Cable bill payments to increase your FICO score.

I’m so pleased I switched from Kindle to Kobo!

I’ve recently been using an Amazon Kindle “Fire” for reading books, and I’ve previously owned other Kindle E-readers. I stumbled on (positive) reviews for Kobo E-readers on YouTube, so I purchased a Kobo Libra Colour. I’m honestly amazed how much it has improved my reading experience. The Kobo software interface is just so much nicer & more intuitive that a Kindle (sliding you finger in on the edge of the screen to change brightness is genius!). The hardware design is also superior – eg. a large power button on the back of the unit, rather than a tiny button on the edge. I love the page-turn buttons Kobo Libra Colour, but I appreciate this may be personal preference. I kept telling my wife how good my Kobo is, so she purchased a Kobo Clara (super small & portable) and she is also really happy that she’s switched from Kindle to Kobo!
