Review of adafruit
I've been an Adafruit customer for years and rely on them for best in class DIY, maker, geek, Arduino components and support. They develop and support their own leading edge products, and seem to have an inside track on Arduino products, as well.
Support has been excellent through their online forum. Returns are handled quickly and without fuss, also through the forum and email. They have a generous return and credit policy.
Do not expect detailed instructions or handholding to accompany these types of products. All product information, instructions, support, help, guidance and ideation are online. Adafruit has plenty of videos, learning materials and their online forum to get you up and running, but it's up to you to look for help. This is maker-ware.
Review of google
Gmail security is poor. I got my phone stolen unlocked from my hands and Gmail could be accessed and password changed via SMS authentication.Fortunately I had an access key set from my PC and could recover it.Being the most critical app from a security POV it should be as secure as a bank's, not allowing situations like this to happen. At least it should suggest using another trusted person phone number for sms validation for example. Or not relying on sms at all.I haven't had or found this issue with Apple related apps.

Review of openoffice
One thing I found really fantastic about the OpenOffice applications is that it is readily available and downloadable from the internet and to think it offers the same features that one has to pay for in other products. You can have the word, presentation, spreadsheet, database, drawing and reviews. I can readily make charts, tables and graphs. I can easily come up with reports, memos and newsletters. I can make presentations almost instantly.
The icons and buttons you need are present in the interface. As in it's like right before your eyes. You do not need complicated keyboard character sequences. There are also built-in templates for letters and other documents. OpenOffice has a very lightweight design, requiring very low system resources for it to power up.
This is definitely a necessity for all computer users. If your office has it, then you're office document needs are all covered.
Review of lg
My 3 year old refrigerator is rusting on the bottom of the left door. I was first told to send pictures in and that it may be a manufacturer's default. After not hearing from them for several weeks, I called this morning. They told me they were not going to do anything, it was cosmetic. After noting an overall rating of 1*, it is apparent LG has an inferior product line and worse customer service. LG really as a company should be ban from selling products in the USA. Let's start the movement....total garbage.

If I could give 0 I would. LE error showed up on our LG washer and motor was locked. Was told if we wanted to go through warranty to go through LG we would have to use one of their repair persons to come out for $85 service fee but the motor would be covered under warranty. Repair man shows up takes him 12 minutes to fix the problem and gives me a receipt for $330. States just showing up cost me $86, $80 for the part and $150 for his 12 minutes of work. LG stated we would only be charged the $85. Worst costumer service. And to charge $150 for a 10 minute repair is obscene.

Click and Collect Failed miserably. I ordered some items for collection at my local Tesco. I should have recieved a message confirming it was available by a certain time, I didn't, called customer service, they told me it was available to collect so I left, I arrived, they didn't have my order. They were very defensive, claimed to have called me - but they "don't leave voicemails" so I didn't know they had called. I called customer service the next day who I claimed I had collected it. I eventually got a refund, but they handled my complaint very badly. Love the products - but definitely avoid click and collect
Review of facebook
No personal Facebook account no advertisement account, as simple as that. Well 3 years ago there were a waves of hacks. Never solved, Ad account gone, personal Facebook gone never recovered. Had over 20 ticket cases. The funniest thing, So after my personal account got permanently deleted because no one was able to assist to recover then I couldn't create tickets anymore. No Facebook no ticket, no add account. Worst company ever. Not mad on Facebook loss more about memories. And a lot of headaches. So I decided to create a new personal account and new ad account, got blocked many times for nothing probably because of hack my data somehow stored in the system like flagged. however after 4 attempts of creating a new ad account it worked somehow. However just use it what I need to. Wish there will be a competitor taking over Facebook and instagram, just absolutely a mess.
