I returned an item it was received on 29 January but I have not had my refund .The refund is over your timescale .Despite contacting live chat on 14 feb I still have no refund.I would not recommend anyone buys direct from crocs in case you need to return - you may never got your money back.

This review is for All4 which is unavailable on the TVs at the present time. What I get is There is a problem connecting to All4,Please try again later. There is no problem with other Players such as BBC,ITV,My5 etc etc only All4 isn’t available. It used to be but since the problems with subtitles etc they’ve never recovered. There isn’t a problem watching All4 on iPads etc. contacted them but you just get acknowledgment emails no solution.:

Bitdefender on my Android phone shuts off Web Protection and Scam Alert all the time. I have to check the app every hour to keep it on. I have done all of the troubleshooting steps and still have the issue. This only started last year and I am on my 5th year of having Bitdefender and an Android phone. What is different now? I won't renew with Bitdefender if this doesn't get resolved soon.

This was an awful experience that has left me feeling bewildered and frustrated. I will find another way to support this developer and will avoid using this site going forward. I ordered 2 pair of 👢 boots my size 10m but was 2 small need a 11m returned them 3wks still no refund yet but u guys have no problem taking my money off my card wit the push of a button .no 1 speaks english called 4 times for them to tell me i have to wait 3-6 more days.. eBay refuses to release my income for 30 days. Initially they said it hadn't been delivered, despite the buyer confirming that he picked it up. then they said it was in case the buyer complains. However, he already left feedback stating that the item worked great and he was very satisfied. It took several tries to reach a real human as the chat bot kept going around in circles, repeating the same questions on several occasions. I give them 1 star for the fact that their live assistants use real Indian names. They may not help but at least they aren't lying about their ethnicity.

From 750 to 8800 currency units in my country. And now holding my Passwords and documents as Ransom. My suggestion: Don't use this service. Support is not helping and is just copy and pasting the same thing when relying to everyone's request. Such a bad service. Such poor policies. 12 times the increase in Prices. And now holding all documents and close to a thousand Passwords as Ransom. How will I migrate? It is effecting my life. Hurt
