Purchased a text book which was described as "used - in good condition". I suppose this is relative....I waited ages for the book to arrive and when it did I was so disappointed, especially given the price paid.Appearance:The book was dirty, really grubby, so much so that I did not even want to touch it🤢. When I took the book out of the package and opened it, I flicked it, the pages were not attached to the spine, they were not in numerical order (so I'm not even sure all the pages are there) and they then fell to the floor. The cover and pages are dog eared and generally discoloured I contacted Abe books to explain that due to a bereavement I had been away from where the book was. I request a Return label... no one has responded to this email/that request and today I received a response telling me that I could no longer return it anyway.Not impressed if I could leave ZERO stars I would. Caveat emptor** 12/10/22. I editted my review as in places it was grammatically incorrect, however the essence of the review remains the same.

Thanks for not doing business with me!It has been 11 working days since you got the two 15-minute time switches back and still no refund. I love the false advertising: I you decided to keep the error will give you 20% off, I keep one of three and only got 10% off, second will refund after 3-5 days after receiving two switches have been received, even after sending proof of shipment, “lastly you sending the wrong item three times in a row”, ( I like the item but it's not the right item I ordered according to the description on the website) when I helped in finding the error, in helping to clarify it, that person was great to deal with, (then you changed the website to make it look like I was wrong) but the rest of the system sucks! Plus even with the discounted price, I found what I order in a store close to home at a lesser price than yours. Make sure to share this with your TV spokesperson, Kelly C as I think would love to know what she supports! Just have to chalk this up as a bad paid learning/scam experience. PS love the response as you are blaming the product and not taking responsibility for your service!

I ordered a tv stand from Wayfair. It arrived on my doorstep and all my husband and I did was bring it inside. The package had multiple punctures in it, but we hoped for the best. We opened the package and of course there were multiple dents in the door of the tv stand. We didn’t bother to take anything else out of the package as it was obviously damaged, and I don’t want a damaged tv stand in my living room. I messaged Wayfair and the first person was great. She said no problem we will replace that for you, and we will have FedEx come and pick up your original one tomorrow. I waited multiple days and nothing. Then I get a message saying the resolutions management team is taking a look at it and that they need more photos. So I untape the box again and take more photos of the damage to the box and the damage to the door. I send the photos over and receive an email saying that the “item did arrive as intended. And our supplier will be standing behind this item.” And to top it off I can pay to return the item if I would like! Me pay for the damaged item to be returned…absolutely ridiculous. Someone show me in the description of the tv stand where it tells me that I am supposed to receive a dented and damaged door. So just because I ordered a tv stand from wayfair and it arrived to me damaged, I’m somehow responsible for this. I will never be buying anything from this company again. What an awful policy and false advertising to have your customers be responsible for products that arrive damaged to them. Despicable. Your management resolutions team is the problem!! They are losing you customers! A product arrived damaged to my home and I’ve been told nothing is wrong with it and that I can pay to ship it back if I’m not happy with it. Absolutely absurd.

Worst customer service EVER, almost impossible to contact them as always too busy on their website! I've purchased a GoPro a month ago and in the first attempt the website had a bug and my order didn't go through, taking money from my account anyway. After a fight for my refund I've managed to order again but this time the parcel got lost! Guess what, they have to investigate and I still haven't received my GoPro, waiting to see if this nightmare finishes. They could have send me another one and sort out the case with an happy customer on the other side, but no. I'll be happy to be contacted by you and sort out my case.

I had some technical issues with upgrading my WordPress version. Technical support understood my problems, helped out to diagnose the problem and then offered to run the updates for me. I was kept informed, dealt with quickly and all my issues were resolved. I find WPEngine's hosting solution to be very robust,the user interface is easy to use and the support is excellent. I highly recommend them.
