This is regarding mobile phones. I bought LGG5 cellphone on November 25, 2017 (about four months after warranty period). The phone back camera (not the wide angle one) started malfunctioning. I called the technical support team three times last week to get it fixed online. They could not help me as it is the hardware problem it seems. When I googled, I understood that the rear camera problem exists (it is hardware issue) and LG is considering recalling it. When I contacted the Customer Service Team for help, it said for repair, I have to pay a diagnostic charge as well as repair chargers. My LGG3 phone also did not accept SIM card after a year's use. I am quite disappointed and have decided not to go for LG phones anymore.

Hulu used to be the BEST streaming App, now they’re the WORST! And so is their customer support. I’ve had Hulu for probably over 10 years. I have to be one of their first customers. They used to be great & their pricing was reasonable, No commercials for $8.99. They practically doubled their pricing to $15.99 and the service is now terrible. Whether just turning it on or rewinding a show, I now have to uninstall the App, reset WiFi and re-install the App EVERY-TIME I want to watch it. When I spoke to CS for over an hour, they did nothing but blame my ISP!!!! Funny my ISP works for all other 15 Apps no problem. GOODBYE HULU!

LOWE'S DISCRIMINATION ON MILITARY SPOUSE for different last name!!!I was discriminated in front of a line of customers because my last name is different from my military husband. The associate said *You Do Not Qualify* to be military spouse since your last name doesn't match his (military discount) - shopping in the garden area in Jacksonville location. I never felt so HUMILIATED and DISCRIMINATED having to prove that he is my husband but we have different last names!!!That's how Lowe's treat their "special military (thanks for your service) customers/spouse".

I have an agency and have used many different hosts - WP Engine has been the best experience, hands down. Performance is solid. I highly recommend it. They are the only host I recommend to clients at this point. Support is solid. Security is great - if you ever have a Wordpress site that does get hacked with malware, they clean it up for you. It's easy to migrate to their hosting as well, plus it's free.

Love Uniqlo’s quality, but customer service is terrible. I left a paid item at checkout and they offered no help—no replacement, voucher, or credit. Really disappointing experience for a brand I used to trust, it shows a level of meaness that I haven't experienced from other businesses to date.

Most of the time eBay works absolutely fine. The fees are not super cheap, but eBay's technical and operational challenges are immense.There are scams on eBay but I haven't had serious problems.The site is pretty awful, and it hasn't improved since my last review four (now five) years ago.My main criticism of eBay as a seller is that there are so many obvious ways to improve either the site or the experience, and eBay has undertaken exactly none of them. For example, too few buyers now leave feedback. There are lots of ways to encourage people to give feedback, but eBay just hasn't bothered. Another example: the account landing page is a busy mess. It would be easy to draw your attention to important stuff like active auctions, feedback you need to leave, or payments you need to send. eBay does none of those things, still.Mediocre, still very useful, but in tech, neglect means decline.

VACASA Rental and vacation homes. they are a vacation rental management company they offer clean worry free places to stay i’m in a place so filthy i spent the first night cleaning it i bought a blanket as mine was not cleaned here the hot tub was filthy i gound an old wine bottle in the filter with live algae im so disgusted. if i wasn’t 62 and had burnt driven 3 hrs i would have not stayed a complete rip off
