Review of hotels
I booked a hotel through this platform, the service said I had till the next day by 6:00 p.m. to cancel my reservations or I would be charged 100% of the booking. I called to cancel 2 hours before the deadline and they claimed I was past the deadline by a half hour and that I would be charged the entire weeks booking. Even though our conversation (via text messaging) was time stamped on my phone, their computer thought the hotel was in a different time zone. I tried to explain to them that they were wrong and that the hotel was in the Pacific standard time zone, a few hours from my residence, but they refused to believe me based on the information in their computer. I now have to hire an attorney and submit copies of the conversation with the timestamps, along with the address of the hotel that's on the West Coast, to get this resolved because hotel.com refuses to budge on the situation. Fortunately before calling to cancel my reservation, in case there might be a problem, I had my credit card Frozen so it could not be charged. After our conversation they immediately try to charge it, which fortunately had yet another timestamp attached to it from the bank which was still well before the deadline time. My only hope is to recoup my attorney fees in my lawsuit against hotel.com, but either way I'm still going to pursue a lawsuit against them.

Review of vodafone
Hello there, my internet contract with Vodafone ends on 25.03.2022 and I have an appointment on 25.03.2022 between 08:00 - 13:00 with another service provider for change process. Vodafone has ended my internet service at 22:00 on 24.03.2022 while I was working (Home office). When I tried to contact customer service it took like 45 minutes to reach and answer from an agent was this is our normal termination procedure. Because of Covid conditions, I work from home and I was in night shift so I kindly requested an extension like 8 hours but agent informed me that this is the normal procedure, there is nothing to do. Does Vodafone have no flexibility or this is the level of service we may demand from a service provider?

Review of statista
I had an unfortunate experience with this company. I inadvertently purchased a subscription, promptly cancelling upon realising the amount charged without utilising any of their services. I did not access any statistics during this period. Despite this, my request for a refund was declined. Initially, they claimed I had accessed their services, which is untrue. When I contested this, they maintained their refusal without further explanation. This raises concerns about the integrity of their statistics, given the encountered unethical conduct. A company's culture often reflects in its practices. Regrettably, this experience has eroded my trust in their services. Will never engage with them in the future.
Review of primevideo
amazon.cacoincidence or "compliance" ?over the last few weeks/months prime video works maybe 50% of the time - otherwise one or another problem and one cannot use it.however, the last weekend shockingly my mailing address became invalid. no reason. just invalid. then 24 hours later ordering works again. incompetence? arrogance ? hard to say - but this is getting out of hand.

Review of dell
Ordered a laptop alienware, the shipment was close to my place but dell decided to call back the shipment because they thought it was a fraud, instead of verifying with me they juste call purolator and asked them to send it back to the warehouse.I called them to ask for a refund and , until this day 1 month and a half, i am still waiting for my refund, nobody there take care of my problem, big company doesn't mean a good service at all, avoid at all cost

Do not use this bank, most representatives are absolutely clueless. If you are from the USA good luck getting someone who speaks clear english. Go with someone else it’s not worth dealing with this organization. Sadly to say this is a bank that preys on the financially unfortunate with predatory lending practices. This company doesn't give a dam about you. Bucket shop.
Review of LinkedIn
I’ve been loyal member of Linked In since I was invited by a colleague in Boston to join a new networking site in 2005. Of course I was concerned when Microsoft bought them that the experience would change. Not much really or so I thought. As other reviews indicate, the real issue is with the lack of customer service. You’re only recourse is to communicate thru live chat and if the issue is “too complicated”, that is anything that isn’t covered in the FAQs or scripted, you’re at their mercy. They make ever interaction friction-filled and prohibitively difficult. It must be to discourage people from reaching out. They ask for more and more information to resolve the issue and then ghost you for days. They act every bit the monopoly with the dismissive attitude of suck it up or move on.They do NOT care about the member experience because it’s a cash cow of value MS hovers up like pigs at a trough. Unfortunately this latest issue about registering my business tax number has really soured my attitude. One thing is assured, as bad as it is now it will get worse. Maybe it’s time to cut my losses and move on.
Review of LinkedIn
A platform that is performing poorly. After being with them for over 10 years I apparently post something that violates their policy and so my account has been suspended. There is little to no respect for a large part of the community I believe unless you are paying for the "premium" service. 10 years, hundreds of connections and they they behave in a way that I consider draconian and heavily censored. There is not even ever anyone I have found I can talk to in the company about matters like this so there is no ability to "understand" their third rate behaviour.
