crypto.com has decided to take my money around 25.87GBP when i make a fiat cash deposit. It has been nearly a week and the only feedback i got back from them is they are working on it, working on a response. Which lead to the end of that conversation on the app and i am trying to make a new one with the bot is still absolutely useless. Can someone from crypto.com acutally help me to resolve this or at least refund my money?

Software Advice was very professional and replied in a timely manner (I think about 2-3 hours, after I reached out on-line). My rep was Adrian and he took the time to ask me what exactly my company was looking for in an ERP system. I gave him the details and before I knew it we had 5 possible vendors to call and research. Adrian followed up a couple of more times and I shared my initial research results with him. After a couple of weeks I got through the researched vendors and asked if he had anymore, since we honed in on 2 out of the 5. I wanted to make sure we got every possible vendor that would fit what we needed. He referred me to his counterpart and she replied with 2 more within 1 day. Keep in mind that 5 out of the seven did have some things we were looking for, but they were mainly larger and came with more features than we would use. I don't regret getting the list of seven from Software Advice because it gave me the chance to find out what was out there as far as ERP software packages go and do a lot of comparisons. I learned alot! For our small manufacturing business - electronic coating/plating thickness measuring components and equipment - we chose JobBoss2 (squared) and Fishbowl. We are still considering both and doing reference checks and visits. We would not have arrived at 2 possibilities without the expert easy-to-use help and advice of Sofwareadvice.com. Indiegogo, In follow up to your response. “Disappointed” doesn’t quite sum it up. It doesn’t quite express the blatant disregard your platform has toward the many people who have been strung along. Strung along for well over TWO years. AIT Desks were allegedly already in production, when in fact they were not. They received almost $1M in contributions from people like myself who have waited patiently. Now we are left to accept that these desks aren’t going to materialize and neither are the refunds that were requested very early on. I originally requested my refund over a year and half ago. I also wrote you an email about it at that time! What exactly did you do? Nothing! You still have these scammers on your platform. You have zero integrity and could care less. People might have more faith in your platform if you actually did something to stop the blatant scamming. If you are genuinely sorry, you’d be making it publicly known and you’d shut these thieves down. You are going to continue to do nothing. Congratulations on your could care less attitude and complete disregard for the many people your platform has ripped off. Every promise and update on AIT was a huge lie. You must be so proud of the work you do!? All these glowing reviews! Well done!

May 28: Complete, total thieves! I blew over $4000 waiting for an ebike from X One EXXite for 4-½ years! Indiiegogo will not do anything to help and the ebike company doesn't even respond.June 8: Indiegogo finally got back to me, and, without asking, they completely refunded my initial payment for the bike. I lost the money for the accessories (about $700). They were unable to contact the e-bike company.

I decided to upgrade to the premium package. And then when it asked me to pay, I didn't have the money, and quite frankly, didn't think I got that much for $25 a month. Other then maybe a couple subscriptions canceled, which I could have done myself and then when I actually wanted to just look on my regular experian report, it would not allow me to sign in without paying the money. So I have no access to experian period unless I pay that money, which I thought was ridiculous, because I had the experian app long before. I became an experian premium member I would have never become an experienced premium member if I knew I was going to screw my other membership up because now I can't even sign in at all. So I uninstall the app and said, the hell with it!

The software is great - easy to use and intuitive. However I started using the software in July '21 when it was £12 per month plus VAT and now its £17 per month plus VAT. An increase of nearly 42% in 4 years. This of course is the fact you don't know when you sign up. Sage justify it by calling it enhancements and improvements but I don't feel like I have benefited from any of those
