It just that during writing a review, we need upload screenshot of application of those software which contain sensitive data which is not good for company confidentiality.

I’m now on my 6th appointment reschedule for delivery of appliances I paid for weeks ago and have had cancel and re-order from Best Buy. I’ve gotten different answers from everybody I have talked to (5hours of phone conversation) and I get told something different each time. I have several wasted “appointment” days that @BestBuy reschedules at the last second. What I haven’t got is the product I paid for it anything other than an overseas customer service agent apology.

Very displeased with AAA. They renewed my membership without my permission. It was on autorenewal without my knowing it and there was never any notice of an upcoming deduction. When I called to complain, all they wanted to do was sell me more services! That's what I noticed previously, that they are interested on selling more and not taking care of the services their customers have already paid for. It took awhile, but they did say I was taken off the auto renewal for next year. I will mark the date and probably cancel before because I don't trust their process.

The quality of writing in The Telegraph is consistently high, particularly when it comes to the arts. Such a shame then that they have published bare-faced lies. Spent a few hours fact checking a particular news story, for my own peace of mind, only to discover that The Telegraph have indeed printed lies. To laugh or cry. A shame to ruin a reputation this way.

I do like Target as a store, but their outsourced customer service is terrible. It's been terrible for years. The agents are non-responsive and pause for long periods of time, which is frustrating. They always claim that no supervisor is available. They outright lie. You can tell they are reading from a script and if you ask questions they just keep repeating the same thing over and over. It makes me not want to shop at Target. I'm not sure why their customer service is outsourced, but it's a big mistake for a Minnesota based company. Also they no longer offer email customer service, which is inconvenient. These people are so slow that I waste my entire lunch hour trying to resolve a simple issue.

The customer support is ridiculous. The agents have really poor training, unable to articulate or logically explain decisions.They are like robots following a script.There's no point trying to logically explain yourself as you're talking to a brick wall.

I payed a lot of $ for an all in one Omni X 27" desktop for a birthday present for my mother. Shipping delay to start caused the machine to be delivered after the birthday date. Then when we opened the box there were no assembly instructions at all. There was a QR code which just sent you to the main HP website. A well run company would have the QR code on the box sent you to a "Set Up page" or to a Manual Download site. It did neither so we had to scan 5-6 random YouTube assembly videos to find one with the correct model and watch from there. Once assembled and plugged in, we realized that the software HP sold us had been incorrectly installed. We were on hold for HOURS over SEVERAL DAYS and had absolutely no resolution from HP. Then HP tried to sell us a year's worth of Software Support to fix the issue that was HP's in an out of the box situation. When we complained about this, the software support person mentioned that we should have bought from Apple. I asked to speak to sales to get the software installation issue resolved on Saturday and was told, "Sure but you need to call back on Monday. They've all left for the weekend." In the end, Microsoft was able to correct the installation issue on their end from our existing subscription, but Outlook still does not work. HP is uninterested in customer satisfaction to say the least. Worst purchasing experience by far I have ever had from a company. Never again.

I’ve been with Amex for over two years, and spent enough during both to qualify for the BA companion vouchers. On the occasions I’ve had to contact support lately to query things I’ve found the staff to be argumentative, short and rude.The straw the broke the camels back was a direct debit they tried to take despite my account being in the positive (with them owing me money), a manual payment made 5 days prior was not registered, staff at first said it takes 4 days for a direct debit to be amended, when I pointed out it had been 5 days they moved the goal posts and said actually there was behind the scenes activity 2 days before your collection date, none of it made any sense.At this point I said stuff your companion vouchers and close my account, I refuse to do business with a company which clearly has a business model for fleecing its customers whenever and where ever it can, making up obscure and inconsistent practices to sound convincing. I’ll take my many thousands of pounds spending to a proper credit provider.
