Ordered Holiday cards that arrived much later than promised. When they finally arrived it was someone else's cards. Customer service did not go out of their way to try to get a replacement out in time for the holidays and could not promise when a replacement could be sent so just offered a refund and a coupon for express shipping if I wanted to reorder. Very disappointed for both families that didnt get their holiday cards this year.
Review of yelp
Never give them your payment info. They offered a free trial to Yelp Ads so I signed up. I had to enter payment information but canceled the service before the end of the trial. A month later I am getting charged for account upgrades I never signed up for. $7.50 for a logo, $15.00 for a call to action, $7.50 for a slideshow, etc. Stay away if you don't want to be scammed.

Great games, terrible customer service. I had an issue with a Game over a year ago and submitted several tickets and it was never even attempted to fix. Im having a game crashing issue and have submitted a ticket a day for c the past 2x weeks and no response. Was just told by a rep there may be a fix incoming in the future. They won't help anymore and haven't replied when I asked for a credit on my monthly recurring bill for the game. This is a terrible company
Review of lonelyplanet
Just started looking through the new, July 2023 Cambodia LP. I have been buying Lonely Planets since 1987 and have always found them invaluable. Recently the quality seems to have gone down. The Cambodia Lonely Planet has totally lost that winning formula - detailed maps, sections on Things to do, hotels, restaurants etc. There is just rambling text with a very small number of hotel or restaurant recommendations on the side of the page, most of which are not marked on the map and without an address. In the past hotels and restaurants used to be listed with address, phone number and website. There was also no proper history section. It seems that Lonely Planet can no longer afford to send researchers out. I suppose we have to use the LP now more as a reading book and only in combination with Google maps etc.
Review of bitdefender
I have Bitdefender internet security. Bitdefender decided to take £47.40 from my account for their Premium VPN, a service that I do not subscribe to and have not requested. I have asked for this unlawfully deducted money to be refunded, without success to date. They have offered irrelevant and unsatisfactory things. I want my money. My bank have had to block this company. Be aware. An update - Bitdefender responded to my emails and said they would refund the money. My account was credited with the monies on 23 January 2024. I am pleased to say that, in my case, Bitdefender dealt with my complaint satisfactorily.
Review of zoom
terrible customer support (non-existent), when we had to upgrade the webinar feature to 1000 attendees, there was no feature to select "no auto-renew" as we only need to upgrade for 1 month, then tried several times to reach out the support to downgrade the option back to the original plan I signed up, I had a reply from someone in support team and promised the downgrade has been done and there won't be new charge for my upgrade plan. little did I know, the support guy did NOTHING to cancel my add-on request, subsequently so I was charged AUD$496.99. I emailed their support team (they use zendesk) several times, to this date (after 2 weeks from my first request of refund), still NO reply. Terrible service, DO NOT USE ZOOM!. will switch all my future webinars to another provider. They don't simply support you when there's an issue.
Review of zara
I ordered two dresses online from Zara in two different sizes. However, both dresses did not match my body type. I returned them by mail and paid $5 for return shipping. After 20 days, I did not receive my refund. When I called customer service, they said they would only refund me for one dress because the other was in bad condition. This is not possible as I returned both dresses in the same condition they arrived in, with the tags attached. I advise against doing business with Zara online, as they cheating their customers.
Review of zara
What is Going on with Zara they want people to go into the shops to buy, when you do buy something they charge you 15cent for a Paper Bag, or you leave the shop carrying the clothes you bought. Not looking after there customers. Athlone Shop Ireland. Marie

Review of statista
Worst site ever and worst terms and conditions ever. Its a scam if you know how to navigate the Internet and do reserach. Most, if not all, their subscription-based data is available free on the Internet and even in their site, without a subscription. You won't get much different if you paid their subscription. They advertise with a monthly subscription but they will charge you a full year. I do not recommend doing business with this company.Yamil Rivera, CPA/ABV/CGMABusiness valuation analyst

Review of logitech
Customer Support run around, and online chat with ridiculous chat bot.Had found Logitech Logi did not broadcast a stereo signal. The online support starts with a bot, puts you on a forever( May as well give up) hold. I sent them many chats and said to email me. They eventually, key word eventually, emailed me, after sending the same message many times. The email person asked me to reply to some of their questions. Which I did, but the email bounces everytime, yet they asked for me to reply to their email. Eventually, I think after bombarding the silly chat bot, the same agent sent another email, which I responded to. Again nothing so I bombarded the chat bot again using same ticket reference number. New agent, completely different questions. They may not have read the ticket. Now another agent. So I gave up. They sold me defective Logi, but I did get a working power bud for $50.In past,/ had issue with Logitech Harmony One battery swelling. That one was far cheaper to fix myself in 4 minutes by opening it up and installing a new battery. My old tablet had a Logitech case but needed a new battery. They said it was non repairable, and need to buy a new one, with no way to fix it. It too can be carefully opened and a new lipo battery installed.I have other Logitech products, but this took the cake this last round. This was my personal product, but seeing that support experience is so lacking, we decided to instruct our buyer that we will no longer purchase goods from them.
Review of lenovo
I paid for an extended warranty on my Lenovo Yoga PC. I needed to have a screen repair done, and spent several hours online with an agent who told me the entire time that the repair could not be performed on site, even though that's what I paid for. I finally demanded to speak to the supervisor, and suddenly, what do you know! Turns out an on-site repair was possible. I need another repair, and I'm now going through the same B.S. once again. I won't ever purchase a Lenovo again. Not only does the company not stand behind their product, they don't even stand behind the up-charged warranty. Garbage customer service.
Review of abebooks
After my experiences with AbeBooks - NEVER AGAIN. Just read the bad reviews and then find another supplier.A couple more things to add to what others wrote;1. Any book you buy could come from the USA or further afield. This is why deliveries are often so long. They do not tell you this but it has an impact, if as so many buyers found out, returning the fauly/wrong book supplied is very costly and they do not refund your postage. Put aside the carbon footprint of the journey.2. There is no phone UK number to call to complain and emails are often answered with ludicrous pre written messages with no relevance to your queries or complaints. Clearly no one there actually reads or understands emails that buyers write.
