Review of southwest

The BEST!

I've flown other airlines with lower fares, but with Southwest you don't pay for all the little 'extras'. With the others the seats didn't recline, and you pay for everything (soda, snacks, and especially LUGGAGE!) Southwest, except for their early check-in offer, does not nickle & dime you the way most other airlines do, and still provides friendly, customer service from check-in, to flight staff, to ticketing issues (thanks again, Lauren!) Just wish they flew into TTN. Oh, and their coffee is pretty good, too.

LESS THAN 1 STAR

LESS THAN 1 STAR! They are scam artists. They offered me a $250 reward for opening an account and having two direct deposits. I opened the account and the day before the first direct deposit hits they cancel the entire account and tell me “sir it’s in our terms and conditions that we can just close any account anytime we like”. They are scam artists, don’t ever open an account with them!!!!

Telstra. As a long term business customer…

As a long term business customer Telstra continues down the path of NAB and ANZ with no customer service. You make appts but walk ups get in first. The system is stupid. We are moving our 10 phones of plans. Will buy phones outright from a retailer.
