If I could give this company, zero stars, I would. We booked an apartment through Expedia who used VRBO to source the property. First the property was listed In the wrong location (10km away from listed location) and this was only found out on arrival at the airport. The property was listed falsely on bookingcom and Expedia. When we arrived the appartment was run down and in need of repair. There was an inspection going on as we arrived to the room as the bath had been leaking into a property below. After going through Expedia to be told our complaint needed to be taken up with VRBO themselves. We were given a refund that was arranged by the hotel themselves and not the providers, VRBO then agreed on a further amount of compensation to be credited our account for future holidays, so far it’s been over 40 days and approximately 15 hours on the phone. Majority of that being put on hold. This company falls so short of customer service they should be embarrassed. We have emails to back the issue and hope that it is resolved soon. But for now the situation has been more than frustrating.

they come off as a data gathering, selling site, i reached out to them and Hobo's Home, Inc. on the 18th of last month via the site and hobo's personal email. I did not fill out the application as it wants so much data- data that can be sold. I have even reached out to hobo via facebook... just dont trust these organizations.- they want data not homing of pets.

She was kind enough to offer to help me keep my membership ship for a much cheaper price if I give it one more shot. I decided to keep my membership. That’s what I call great service 👍🏻

If I could rate a ZERO I would! I have only ordered 3 items from Wayfair, but I can promise you there will NEVER be a fourth!! I'm remodeling my bathroom and decided to take a chance on ordering the vanity, mirror, and light from Wayfair. ALL THREE WERE DISASTERS! Besides being extremely late, I could get NO ONE in customer service to ever even give half an effort at correcting either of the three issues! On the 3rd, I finally said to just cancel the order, and they wanted to charge me shipping to cancel an order that had not even shipped yet!!!! Take a second to ponder that one!! They are the most pathetic excuse for a company I think I have ever dealt with and they ha e received my last dollar! ....but I will tell everyone I know every single time I can!

I ordered 3 sets of pants and bras. Upon receiving my order it was incomplete, it was 1 set short. I reached out to them several times and nothing times and nothing has been done to resolve my issue. I feel scammed by Victoria Secret. I hope this doesn’t happen to other people. Please be on high alert for these scammers.

UBS has horrible customer service and will never return a phone call or email. I so far had to call them 7 times (and counting) about an inbound wire for taxes that my bank sent to them that they are too incompetent to figure out it out for me. I had to explain it every rep the whole situation even though they have a case number and my bank confirmed it was sent to them and all info is right. They won’t let you talk to supervisors because they are in meetings and apparently care nothing about customer service. If I could give them a 0, I would. Still not resolved. Don’t care about you or give any decent level of service.

I've been selling on this bs site since 2017! In the last year, I've been ripped off more than my ENTIRE 45 years on this planet! They do NOT protect the sellers at all!! They NEVER use their "insurance" when your item arrives broken always claiming you didn't use adequate shipping supplies! I just sold a Pokemon Gold Game boy game new in the package and my buyers claiming that it came "mangled"! This game was new!! I wrapped it in about eight sheets of tissue paper then two complete sheets of bubble wrap. I then put it in a box. I then wrapped that box three times in bubble wrap and then put it into a another box and before they would even give me the chance, they accepted his return. Chances are this game is NOT going to be in this "return" package and the app will not do anything about it. I am out over $250 from this game when I could have easily have charged $600 for it. They protect scammers at all costs. I have over 6,000 items listed and my entire profile will be removed once these last few sales go through and I get my money out of this BS app! Do not do business with these people, they are only out for their own selves because they make money whether the item is accepted or returned because they've already gotten paid for all their junk fees.. us SELLERS, used to pay all of these extra junk fees and now they give us all the money from the sale and they tack those fees on to the buyers!! This site is pure effing B*LLSHIT!!! Sellers, BEWARE!!!! YOU ARE NOT PROTECTED!!!!!!!!!!! I WISH I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE RATINGS, SHAMEFUL BUSINESS PRACTICES!!! They truly enjoy effing with other people's money!! NOTHING is cool about taking food out of my kids mouths! (Single mom here with NO support)

I tried to order an item, paid for it, was shipped; ha, ha, never shipped. Tried numerous times to reach the seller, to no avail. Reached out to Mercari, they tried and no response order was cancelled. Tried again, ordered item, paid for it, was shipped. Note : this was a birthday present. The item came in, kept it in the original box, wrapped gift, gave it to my daughter. Item was broken, I reached out to Mercari, said it was shipped and paid for couldn't return because it had been over 72 hours. Broken item and no refund!!! Don't waste your time or money!!!

I bought something from a company, SistaHomeArt, through Etsy.com. She says she takes returns and gives refunds but has been ignoring me for 6 days. Try as i might to lodge a complaint through Etsy.com I cannot. It goes around in circles, always bringing you back to the same page. If you cannot supply a picture of the article it won't allow your complaint to go through. My programme will not upload a photo so I can't get my complaint through. I am down $87. I believe Etsy makes it hard to contact them on purpose. Terrible company to do business with. As for the seller, she's the worst. Be warned. It has been 6 days now and I'm still unable to contact any of them.
