One Star is one too many. I really wish I had seen these reviews prior to ordering because I wouldn’t have ordered. Accepted my order with my correct address and then never got my order as the delivery said it was the wrong address. Was not wrong. Only contact is with Mercy, customer rep, who responds with a circle of emails that alternate with them resending my order, next they will refund me, then they are going to resend my order, then I should have a refund by Friday. This has been going on since January and it is now end of June. Did not receive the promised refund. Next email they will be back to resending my order. And on and on we go 😳. I have to cut my losses and get off this wheel of lies to save my own sanity. WORST company I have ever dealt with.

Such a bad experience.When I look at companies like Squarepace or Amazon that provide such an amazing customer support and here, it is so different. My advice ? Go for another solution. Usually, I never leave a negative comment. Never. I never dislike even a youtube video ! This is the first time in my life that I am posting one.For your own serenity go for another solution.

My account name and PW were correct. But today the platform asked me to answer a security Q which I forgot (bc I already know my act. and PW). I called the 800# and technician verified me no problem asking me questions related to my name and custom folders I created; but he refused to allow me into the account until I paid for a monthly subscription! I said, "David, you clearly verified that I am the legit act. holder; can you let me in the email?" He declined because this is Yahoo's process if the user did not have a 2nd email or phone # for retrieval...

Absolutely dire been with them over twenty years. But not for much longer buyer protection has gone, don’t be fooled by it. My tracking for the item I bought has died yet still they tell me to wait and side with a seller who has done nothing. I have done all the work contacting Yodel and still no delivery just constant excuses.

Never has a website sucked for so long. For more than TEN YEARS this website will NOT remember my password, i literally have to reset it every time i want to login and today - finally - it now won't even do a reset. When you do login - the site is slow, the UX is terrible and just a horrible experience.A site of this size should not show so much contempt for it's users.

Twitters customer service is some of the worst I have experienced. Using their Twitter Ads was difficult with no decent results but apparently because I changed some settings a few times I saw my money just disappear!Twitter support was NO HELP what so ever and just refused a refund and ignored my complaints. Never will I advertise on Twitter again!
