This transaction purchased GBP and, three days later, transferred the funds to my niece in UK. XE customer assistance was most helpful. Transaction executed punctually, exchange rate was good.

Useless to say the least. Zero buyer protection. Bought a tablet off Aliexpress.com (avoid them too) Aliexpress state free returns. Tablet is faulty. Aliexpress sellers also I have to pay return postage on faulty item. PayPal dispute says I have to pay to return it. Will be closing PayPal account. Be better with charge back from the bank. Crooks

The courses are great, however courses ended before posted end time on every occasion. This is not much of a problem and easily remedied for future reference. However I have told customer support has been told of this problem multiple times with pictures. They have not fixed it, and in the most recent case they haven’t even remotely acknowledged the issue, and try to deflect/blame other issues when the specific problem of “listed course end time is not actual end time” is completely ignored.Correspondence and multiple attempts to get this issue acknowledged or fixed has been ridiculous.

I would give 0 stars if I could. All of the reviews saying Depop scammed them out of money are true. They stole over £100 from me. I have been a user for over two years, sold over 50 items and kept the money in my ‘Depop balance’. Once I needed the money, I went to withdraw it into my bank account. Got confirmation it would be in my account in 5 working days. No money came in and then my logins would not work. I had to contact them to find out I have been suspended. For breaching terms and conditions that they will not elaborate on. They have closed my account and taken my money. Customer service replies are the same every time and sent by different people. ‘You cannot appeal this any further’ is the general response. I feel like I am dealing with a gang. Honestly have never heard of anything like it happening before. Now reading this thread I know it’s a common thing. HOW are they getting away with this?? I feel like a class action is coming their way.

Worst online shopping experience. My delivery arrived to the shop 10 days later than the recommended time and despite how many times I contacted them to issue me a refund as I no longer needed the items- they told me that they will do the refund asap- the result was that they took their time, waited for the parcel not being picked up and now a month later they informed that they will issue a refund which will take another 5 days. I won’t recommend buying online unless you are physically in a store.

Never use this florist!! I was trying to order flowers for my sister in Aberdeen,WA., I called Roger Florist which came up on google. They accepted the order and I paid for it. I called them later because it was past the delivery time I was quoted and they had not delivered the flowers. They informed me it was out of their delivery area and I would receive a refund. That was six weeks ago and I have called them at least 10 times about this and now they are not answering the phone at all.
