They only printed on the back of the shirt in tiny writing. It is an absolute rip off and I would like a refund. If they are only going to print on the back of the shirt they should make it abundantly clear on the website, which they do not, for obvious reasons.

Didn't receive my $32 order and they would only give me $3 back. Complete scam. The customer service employee even apologized one the phone and said support can only approve that much. Now my kids are crying and now I have to spend more money on food that I should have gotten in first place!

This company is a scam. If you write a bad review about a company that advertises on their site, they refuse to publish it. I wrote a 1 star review about software company Kareo, and they refused to post it. Do not trust their reviews, stay away from their website.Update: I read Capterra's response- I sent you documents proving I use kareo software, including bill from Kareo. Your team ignored my emails, and "doesn't take calls." Again, this company is a scam and will not publish real (read: Bad) reviews.

This company offers free trials for their product but wanted my credit card details immediately. They don't give you a chance to try out their product before requesting your credit card details. Thank God I read some of your reviews before I made the decision to provide them with my credit card details. The higher ratings of their reviews here are on a very lower scale. I just want to unsubscribe right now.

UPDATE: 2 full weeks later and still no resolution, no refund, no replacements shipped. So disappointing.Sent the entirely wrong order to me, none of my items were in the box, instead 15 other items that were someone else's order! When trying to get it resolved, I've gotten the run around from 5 different customer service agents saying it will be resolved and the items would be reshipped within 72 hours, then 24 hours, then another 24 hours and so on (it has now been over a week)! I submitted a claim with photo evidence of the completely wrong items sent to me, still nothing from them after saying they would reship the correct items. So frustrating. If you can't send the right order, at least refund me as soon as possible instead of making me follow up with customer service every day after no resolution! Online customer service is the issue - in store associates are kind/helpful typically. Wish there was more consistency in support. (Order # AN18070528)
