Not fun for your Mental Health!!!

I used to spend a lot of time playing on the site as a full paid up member. Admittedly, I play for fun and although I may have moments of brilliance, I would consider myself very average. I don’t invest anytime to improve my tactics or broaden my knowledge.Playing chess on chess.com was fun back in the day. Right now I feel like there are too many people resorting to cheating like in most online games. It’s very frustrating when most opponents with ratings below 1200 seem to be playing like Magnus Carlsen. In other words the whole site is plagued with cheaters. For the goodness of my own sanity, I rarely play on chess.com now. Sad times!!

Extremely bad customer service over non arrival of food.

I'm devastated to have to write this review but our experience yesterday and today is shocking. We ordered a delivey from Al Ba Dar midland road Bedford. I've always used them in the past so whilst at a family members home we decided to have an Indian takeaway. I recommended this company only to be totally embarrassed. The food order was incomplete. The korma only had 5 small bits of chicken, they didn't supply the rice or salad acompliment as requested. Also the keema curry the container was only half full and they didn't supply the salad ordered with it and the biriani only had 5 bits of chicken in it. We called to ask where the rice and salad for our meals were as the uba eats man road away and we were told by Aldadar it's not their problem. Then a different man can on the phone saying he doest speak English and he put the phone down we called back to be told the manager would call us back. A different person said to call back at 5pm today and they would replace the meal. That was last night we called back to day and the staff keep putting the phone down on us and really do not care that they took Our £40 and now we keep calling them they keep hanging up. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY GIVE HALF PORTIONS AND TAKE YOU MONEY BUT ONLY DELIVER HALF OF WHAT YOU ORDERED. This company really don't care about you as a customer they at 1npoint told us to track down the uber driver as it was his fault. We have called them 6 times and have bee told the manager will get back to us but he never has and when you call In the staff just hang up on you. I think we will have to get into the car and go down there as we have their curry they can have it back and we want our money back. This company needs to be closed down. Going to contact health and safety also as the children ate the korma and both are not feeling good today. Such an embarassmentFor us too. We will never use them again or recommend them.they just want your money for a poor service and then try to make thier wrong doings your problem.

Mohsan is a good voice of TFL

I haven't had the best impression of TFL in the past, I think the reviews below prove my point. However, today I had possibly one of the best Customer Care experiences I have ever had with any company. Mohsan was incredibly helpful, informative and very friendly. He helped me solve my problem with complete professionalism and even gave me some tips on how to avoid my particular issue in the past. Thank you Mohsan, I appreciate you and TFL are lucky to have you.

Cancellation process not that bad

Cancellation process not that bad. I was able to connect with customer service immediately and they cancelled my subscription immediately. A little annoying you have to call, but the call was picked up instantly. They did offer 79p per month for the next 3 months. was tempting to take the offer, but thought i would forget and the price will jump to £12.99.

Bad and Confusing Terms and Customer SupportI really do not understand where these 5 star reviews are coming from. Support is pretty much non-existent.My 4 Month old QN700A Samsung TV was switching on and off all the time and getting worse. I contacted richer sounds TV support to be told I was in safe hands and I would only be dealing with Patricia. 3 Hours later I got a call from someone I could hardly understand at Samsung which kept asking me how many lights were on the TV to which I kept saying this tv doesnt have any lights. I then contacted Richer sounds back and told I had to put up with Samsung asking bad questions just to book a repair. When I called samsung again that person didnt even find any details but did send me a link to book a repair after a days calling. I didnt get a call from Martin Dawes so I called them. They had put down that the TV was not repairable and asked for Alternative Resolution. Samsung was now asking me to wait 2 days for someone to get back to me. To which I insisted on resolving this quickly. I sent my receipt and they offered a replacement, however I have since been told it will be upto 16 days turnaround for a replacement and Richer Sounds support just goes to a messaging service at this point leaving me without a TV and without and quick resolution from all parties involved.They have made their 6 year Guarantee on purposely muddy and they do not return phones in a timely manner if at all. I wash my hands of this whole thing. I have been told by someone else shopping else at Hughes where they got a replacement right awayUpdate 30nov. Had one call just to find out what I my problem was from compliants team. They never even followed it up or anything.

Couldn't be happier!

Using JotForm has made processing new patients a breeze! Patients are able to fill out the forms when it is convenient for them and allows them to fill them out at their pace from the comfort of their own home. Some patients prefer to fill out forms while in the office and JotForm makes it easy to do too. Each form is super customizable and easy to work with. Whenever I have had any questions on how to edit a form, the support page has always had the answer I needed. The support page is also very easy to navigate so finding answers takes very little time.

I have verification issue , I had took picture of my passport but still waiting to use buying/ selling activities. There is only chat service they say they will send an email but I didn't! Coinbase service is getting complicated and useless therefore they will lose the customers. Very disappointed with verification complicated issues and service @

Google provide others with competitive edge

Opened a business and registered it on Google maps, for the last 2 months be trying to work out why Google has suspended it. Google don’t give valid reasons, I have tried to upload rental agreements and videos to prove it is our business.Clearly Google are giving other similar businesses a competitive edge by not allowing us to use their tool. I will stop using Google to write reviews about other buisinesses until they provide a route to activate MY BUSINESS again
