20 days since I made around 100USD transfer from my kraken account and they have frozen transaction- practically taken my money. They ask for some statements... I contacted customers support, within those 20 days I got the same automatic reply 8 times!!! They say that they are doing their best and if If the problem is still actual I need to reply. That's just terrible disrespectful service, they took my money and ignore customers. Pluss they send those ridiculous mails. Asking to reply, totally not valuing customers time...

My name is AriannaIf I could give them 0 stars I would have. I filled out so many applications with Petfinder, IDR, and Recently Crisis Dogs NC and my application was submitted and denied. I believe it’s because my Neighbor asked a question about breeding her dog which has nothing to do with me. My dog passed away last year and my life became lonely and I wanted to adopt a puppy to feel alive again but here is what IDR message says and my response to IDR.Island Dog Rescue Responds:Thank you for your interest in Jax. I noticed that size was a concern with a previous pup, and Jax is actually quite a bit larger. Scotch is adopted.After discussing with the IDR team, we feel that based on your needs, including the recent conversations about breeding and your upcoming surgery, our rescue may not be the best fit for what you’re looking for at this time. For these reasons, we’ve decided to cancel your application and will not be moving forward with any adoptions.We truly appreciate your understanding, and we wish you all the best in finding the right companion.Thank you for considering us. My Response to Them: First off I was not the one asking about breeding a dog that was my Neighbor and because I was going to get surgery should not been an issue with adopting a dog. I feel like I was being Judged about a conversation that had nothing to do with me. I will find the right companion. Thank you

We are having problems one 1 TV, First there is a terrible communication barrier..... you can NEVER understand what they are saying... when your having all these issues you have you should be able to call a company and understand who your talking to, period!!! Then this Hulu representative had us remove the Hulu to hook up and start over and said he knew how to do it all.... Come to find out he knows nothing! It's almost midnight and we are on the phone with Hulu waiting on a 3 way with Roku... that isn't happening. So he's telling my husband to try this n that, he clearly had no idea what to do. I told my husband to get his name so we can file a complaint, if you can even get ahold of a person in management. I swear they need to give us a HUGE discount or something cause this is beyond pitiful service. Be on the phone for hours with you all, can't understand what they say, and don't know what they are doing. It's pathetic!

Can't find their pricing table anywhere exccept a page that says "FlexJobs starts at $2.95 for a 14-day trial."And in the billing section, you can't find how much you gonna pay either. This should be illegal for companies to not clearly disclose their prices.I cancelled my account.

I have used Wayfair / Perigold for many purchases for housewares, small appliances, and fixtures throughout 1.5 bathroom remodels. What I have learned is that they are not customer service driven, so from this point forward, I will be shopping elsewhere. The last confirmation order was just the last straw, there have been other incidents that led to this break up.

Recently set up a virtual Windows 11 box, mistakenly assuming that the W11 Pro license that came with the computer would work once that W11 was virtualized. Oops. Found that a W11 Pro license is usually in the $200 range and put the project on the back burner.Then someone told me about groupon selling licenses at a steep discount and...wow! Less than $8 instead of $200? Sounded too good to be true, but it absolutely was not.

I'm paying them for a Plus subscription and Etsy Ads and my listings have zero visits every day. I know that they're deliberately manipulating the algorithm to suppress the listings, because when I had a previous shop open with the exact same listings, I was getting thousands of visits and multiple orders every day. When I tried to contact them, they just kept saying "a supervisor is unavailable, thank you for contacting us" and then they cut you off. I'm not quite sure how long they can survive with a business model that oppresses the people that make it work, but a lot of big tech companies have a tendency to do this. It's very self-defeating and silly.

They banned multiple accounts we had, even pro accounts, stating links violated their community guidelines. Having reviewed these guidelines extensively, we know there was no issue on our side. Customer Support provided no assistance and on appeal, we only ever received bot answers providing no clarification or reason. They treat paying customers terribly and I would recommend ANY other platform.
