This team is terrible currently . the page bad now after the giant update. Team not listen, never answer,also ignore feedback and let us alone with this terrible page now. Them tell in twitter "we listen to feedback" but like the team should see here are more as 1000people who hate the page and here is no statement about the update. them force us inside even when we not wanted. I loved this page in past, one of my fav Sites for art. now its the worst one. i just check still in because 2-3 artist just post here but beside of this i not do anything here anymore. i also warn all for not visit this page and boykot it. Why using a page where the team not care for the peoples feedbacks and what them want. not the team is important, its the user. . im extrem sad this page turn this way. 4-5 stars this page get in past but now 1 star....

Exceptionialy good support! I did a mess with my subscription. The support was quick and replied to every of my mails and resolved the issue. After reading some bad reviews here I was not expecting this and I am now starting to believe, that the bad reviews are not true or fake.

I had a terrible experience with Amazon.fr's delivery service. The package I ordered took an incredibly long time to arrive, well beyond the estimated delivery date. To make matters worse, when the package finally did arrive, it was in poor condition. I expected better from a company of their size and reputation.

Unless you pay for a high tier of subscription and gain access to the "premium support" you're on your own.The only good thing Zoom can do is marketing. The product doesn't deliver even in the most basic ways if it works at all.Wish I had read the reviews before signing up. Funnily enough when you ask them questions about signing up and what plan you'll need they couldn't answer quick enough.

I really think they do not even deserve one star! Vodafone Kabel Deutschland is the WORST company ever. We had a contract with them since they were the only one in our building who provide service at the time but we didnt have a stable internet for the first YEAR! and every time we called them they just offer us one months free which was not what we need and they said that they are changing the lines and it will be fixed soon and that soon takes one whole year and after that they just increased the amount of our contract for the second year and when we complained they just signed a new contract with us for another two year!!!But after all that we still do not have good internet, it disconnects during the day at leat 6-7 times. Sometimes we do not have internet for 30 minutes and the speed is so bad that we can not even use Netflix or Instagram! I tried to to talk with the customer service and they always said " we will trouble shut and will call you tomorrow" but they never did! Once they said they will send someone technical to our apartment and we stayed home but they did not even show up!!! we tried to call customer support again and they said its not their problem and we have to call the technical department and finally when we managed to find the direct number the that department they said that the vodafone had cancel our appointment without any reason and without letting us know!!!!!SO now am stuck in this contract and I can not say how much I hate this company and their awful costumer service! I really recommend if you need an internet just try use the LTE of your cellphone cause at the end of the day it is what you will end up using at home.

Over a week ago, my account started saying it required further review. Even after talking to support, they gave me no solution except to simply wait it out. They stopped responding altogether, and one of the open support tickets magically disappeared.This forced us to switch providers at a very inconvenient time.DO NOT USE SENDGRID. Your account may have problems, which can prevent you from sending mail for days or even weeks.

I had an issue with the camera of my Inspiron laptop and sent it in over a month ago to be fixed. After I shipped my laptop, I received another box to ship it in and was very confused. Turns out they canceled my first order and failed to contact me. My laptop has been in limbo for 35 days and every time I try to contact them they keep saying it is being worked on or they are confused. They put me on hold for hours and don’t give me an answer to what is happening with my laptop. Now they are saying the screen is broken, which was definitely not an issue when I sent it in. They haven’t given me an estimated date and refuse to send the laptop back. I need my laptop for school so I don’t know what I’m going to do. Terrible customer service and tons of technical issues with the laptop. Don’t buy from dell.
