I really like having my website on Fine Art America. Its so easy to use and gives me an easy platform to send my clients too, that I would otherwise not have. The items available for print are very nice as well, and very professional. I had an item damaged in the mail and when I contacted Fine Art America they responded very quickly and resolved the issue for me.

Whatever you do DON'T sign up for any monthly add ons. They offer 'monthly' and 'annual' fees for add ons (for me this was to host a once off webinar in January) and charge you MONTHLY for a year... When I tried to cancel it (which I thought was something you can do with a typical monthly plan) they said I'm not able to. This type of slimy terms and conditions doesn't sit well with me at all. I'm now going to be changing my card details to a dud card and they will lose my business for the Pro account and the webinar add on (which is what I only planned to use for a month anyway). I've reached out to support and can't get any help. When I emailed they said they can't cancel the add-on monthly plan and sent me the small print. Sorry for you guys, I'm taking my business elsewhere.

My new laptop was never delivered despite being charged on 31/12/ 22 they are a bunch of crooks I have called them time and again for a refund ,they make a promise to refund but never do.The staff there are well schooled on how to lie I don't know how they get away with it they just don't care. I have never come across a company like this in all my 70 odd years on this planet.

I recently moved cities. I placed my order to get my usual skin care and accidentally put it to ship, which I had not changed. I noticed that same day about my mistake and called to cancel because Ulta does not have the option to cancel on their app. All they said was that they could not help me and to contact the now owner of my old place to have them ship it back. Yes, you heard that right! They told me to contact the now owner of my previous place to have them ship it back to them so that I could get my refund!! I do not know who lives there now but wow, thanks for nothing Ulta!

Made a hair color apt on line received numerous reminders via text. Show up for my apt to be told I’m sorry the person who your apt was with is no longer with us and we cannot squeeze you in. No call to reschedule before hand a waste of time and the hair dresser that spoke with me was rude!

After my company paid for ads on Facebook, Facebook decided that someone else's Instagram had broken some rules so they have locked my account. I found an email address no replies no UK phone number no response they say go to Instagram to appeal I did 3 months ago and done many time no replies I told them the account in question is not my account it seem to belong to someone in Devon i am in Essex
