The employees at Taylorsville guitar center are HORRIBLE. I REALLY HOPE THIS PLACE GOES OUT OF BUSINESS. I have been trying to get some earphones that say they are available for pickup that I ordered online. IT HAS BEEN 2 DAYS. And the employees won't give it to me because it's "not in their system." But they took my money in 2 seconds. After going in store to get them. All the employees were A-HOLES. Saying they can't do anything since it's not in their system. Instead they want me to buy them again. After calling customer service a rep called the store and they ARGUED WITH HIM. EVEN THE GUITAR CENTER REP Agreed they hate their jobs. All this for some earphones. I really hope these guys lose their jobs.

I got 2024 new year eventbrite boat party and it was the worst experience that I ever had.I went to lots of boat parties and event all around the world and non of them were disorganized like this. We were a group of 10 and paid more that 1000$ for nothing, just for entrance and no one was responsible there.you may not believe, but the boat did not departure at all and they mentioned that there was a mechanical problem, but I believe it was a scam for sure👎🏻👎🏻

Total inability to forecast. They have been forecasting zero percentage chance of rain all week in my location and it’s done nothing but rain and drizzle! They can’t even get the weather correct now - the app says zero percentage rain, and you look outside and it’s raining. If they worked for a private finance company they’d be sacked.

Wonderful idea, terrible execution. SPAM artists publish nice ideas, collect funds from consumers and then disappear. Kickstarter does nothing to stop this practice. In the early days I help and was rewarded for a number of projects. EVERY ONE I have sponsored in the last 2 years has been a SCAM.

Paid for next business day repair on a dragonfly laptop way back in September. It overheated due to hp bloatware turning on the laptop in a pouch (uses the camera to detect motion and turns display on but thats another matter) Laptop smoke came from vent above the f2 key. Nice and safe!? Scared of fire so now at night it lives on a baking tray just in case. Usb port no longer works but pc still works. Engineer came out to fix issue. (After 2 weeks) ( they blame me for working and not calling them back during office hours) Engineer replaced the mother board and now the laptop power light just flashes orange and will not turn on. Brilliant so you come to fix it and leave it in a worse condition that you found it in! WOW you could have at least put the least faulty motherboard backing so I could use the laptop albeit without the USB port.Many many escalations later. Nothing. No reply. No call back. Another email and promises of resolution. I think the trust pilot rating speaks volumes

I was in Palm Springs at a second home for a couple months and ordered 3 books to be sent to me there. I am SURE that I put the right shipping address and billing address but they still told the bookstores to send the books to the wrong billing address at my home in Texas. I was able to cancel one of the books when I read the email they sent that had the wrong address, and wasn't charged for it. The other 2 books I tried to cancel at the same time before they went to the wrong address said it was too late. So I get back to Texas at the end of two months being gone and there are no books to be found. However there is a charge for them on my Mastercard. When I contacted them they wrote back and basically said there was nothing they could do about it. Abe books was the one who sent the companies the wrong address and they are the ones who should refund my credit card. If they correct this problem I'll come back edit this review.UPDATE: Abe books did finally credit my account for the full amount of the books I never received. It took several emails and a couple months of hassling with it for it to happen though.

Lost $99 on SurveyMonkey thinking it would be less expensive but comparable option. Although they promise Skip Logic on their features chart, you can only use it once per page. When I realized this 2 days later, I tried to cancel my account. They charged me for a whole month even though I had been in contact with them for two days trying to find out if it had the features I needed.

I have backed 2 projects. Both failed to deliver and I lost £1200 indiegogo does nothing to support you. It doesn’t ensure backers post monthly as per their guidelines. They are complicit in taking your money ensuring they make a profit and don’t care if you get your product or not
