You are only respected as a customer until you pay! Afterwards, you are just someone they try to get rid of. Very unprofessional team in Germany and of course if I was not gifted a gift card I would never even try to purchase any big furniture from them!I did a purchase on their online website and immediately realized it is not the correct one, so I had to cancel! Parts of the money was paid via a gift card I was gifted. The money for the rest was back into my ban account but the gift card is basically "burned" and I realized through 1000 phone calls that their super inefficient "gift card department" needs to issue a new one, which I should receive shortly after the cancelation. But again some of their colleagues said I should email them and ask for a new one, of course I did so. So far no answer, seems like the so called department is not bothering as the money is in their bank account since many months ago and they do not see a reason to work on sth which is already paid for! Very shameful!

I personally found Wayfair to have exactly what I needed at a resonable price at the time. My order was delivered. Nothing missing and it even looked better than expected for the cost, and the item arrived on time. I am very pleased, and I will be ordering from this company again.

I have been using themeforest for a while but have only recently realised the refund or return policy is non-existent. Ended up buying 2 website templates because I can return the first one. I couldn't even install the first one but to be fair the author got back to me quickly but it was using multiple add ons so as soon as the 6 months support ends I'll be paying extra for support and that negates the whole reason I use WordPress - because it is free. I want to buy a template, happy to pay good money for one but then I don't want to have to pay anything else. WordPress is updated for security, I shouldn't need to pay for support for something I have already paid for. If I buy a TV and it breaks 3 years later I can still pick up the phone and ask a question. It just seems shady profiteering practices unfortunately. By all means use their website if you're happy not to get a refund if you change your mind within 5 minutes of buying something. I'm pretty sure that is illegal in the UK. Distance selling regs mean you can get a refund up to 30 days.

I've been using the free version for a couple of years now and finally i purchase the subscription. I emailed customer support and my email was immediately answered with my questions. I needed to know how to convert an html document to pdf. I emailed the customer support team with my question and was emailed the instructions on how to convert an html document to a PDF. so far so good.

For sellers…when listing and item and adding a brand that is not on Mercari’s list it tells you that it’s “Pending review”. Well apparently Mercari is not reviewing these brands. I happened to see a listing from last year that still shows pending review and when i contacted mercari they do not have the ability to review the brand. Them remove that function if it does not work.

I got home from work after a long day. Ordered cocos curry from uber eats. It usually takes a little while which is understandable so I worked out really quick. Built up my appetite. Was starving and super exited for this uber eats I get the notification that my delivery was here I go out to retrieve it and it’s not here. I looked all over but couldn’t find it. The driver even took a pic of my food on the doorstep. I called my driver he answered the first time and then hung up on me so I called him multiple times and he kept forwarding my calls. So I knew he took it. I’m trying to get ahold of uber but god forbid if you have any issues with Uber passed 3pm because good luck trying to talk to customer service about anything because you can’t. That is the last time I use UBER for anything! By far the worst
