The nurse wouldn't listen when I tried to explain my symptoms and got flustered when I tried to explain my medical issues which are quite complicated. She kept butting in with the standard questions. I terminated the call feeling very concerned about the potential outcomes for my health this evening. I have an episode of hepatic encephalopathy and my symptoms suggest I am having or had a mild episode.

Sony and Sony PlayStation discriminate against mentally ill and autistic people. They do NOT support kids on the autism spectrum. They produce an addictive game that is incredibly addictive to a child with autism and then they take it away in one second without any warning. My son worked for 2 years mowing grass and shoveling snow to save $500 for a PS5. The day after he got his PS5 Sony banned his account for 7 days. Another child had previously reported him (a mean kid from his class) because he was jealous that my son got a PS5 and he did not. Sony banned his account for 7 days. No warning nothing. My son was destroyed and emotionally wrecked. Minecraft is his world. These kids online are his real friends in his mind. This is real to him. He is a complete mess and I talked to Sony and they refuse to lift the ban. How many other kids with autism are they doing this to? Sony your banning/security system is HORRIBLE. Do you know what it like to watch your child spiral down to a complete sobbing mess and there is nothing you can do to help them? Locked in their room contemplating the worst. Unable to eat. Pacing around in a complete panic. Not knowing what he did wrong. Freaking out thinking it will never come back. Trying to assure him it will be ok. You have no idea what parents of these kids go through and then you do this ban with no warning email or anything. Do you even care? I wonder how many suicides Sony is responsible for? As anyone ever studied this? You cannot create a “world” unlike anything in reality, charge hundreds of dollars and make these kids addicted and then cut them off with no warning. This week will be extremely difficult for my son and our family. I am honestly very scared for my son. It’s already hell on a regular basis but Sony you just made it 1000 times worse. If there is anyone out there who reads this please tell Sony you don’t support mental illness and you need to change your methods of banning without an explanation or warning. Your policies are directly causing harm to me and my family. If there is an attorney reading this who would like me as a client I would love to sue Sony for discrimination against the mentally ill autism community. Please contact me. PJ 989-497-865 Seven. We recently inherited a dog from a relative no longer able to look after it. We have now discovered that the National Trust is not dog friendly. We were denied entry into the gardens around Lanhydrock and more recently, denied access to the deer park around Dyrham Park (despite assurances we would keep it on a short lead). We completely understand that dogs should not be allowed inside properties but to bar dogs from the gardens and environs (and the cafes) seems unnecessarily intransigent and petty. Sadly, we can't ditch the dog so may have to ditch our NT membership

Great Customer Support!I subscribed for two courses at the same time throughout a 6 month period. I didn't know that this would lead to two payments per month. I contacted coursera and the next day they replied and very generously refunded me for one of my subscriptions for the whole 6-month duration.

I know the books are cheap but still I paid them! Even though the customer service is replying to me, they should at least find a way to look for a solution and not just “come what may”
