I'm NEVER purchasing another Pandora item again!! I'm advising all to do the same......Jewellery is terrible quality and customer service is much worse!!Bought a bracelet and within a couple of months had to have it exchanged as it turned black!! The second one has done exactly the same.Contacted Cust Serv only to be told this is normal tarnishing and their "professional cleaning service" would bring it up again. I explained to Pandora I had tried this a couple of times already and it didn't work. I also explained how the store manager agreed it looked like the silver was peeling off!!I was then told by C.S it was chemical damage and there was nothing they could/would do.I turned to Twitter and again fobbed off with excuse after excuse. So now I am left with a black tarnished bracelet. My family who have bought me charms for this braclet now feel cheated!!

I purchased the clear cover for my Kobo Libre Color. I received order updates and my case in a relatively short time. I LOVE my Kobo Libre Color. I had the H2O before that and enjoyed that as well. However, I love being able to see my highlights in color not to mention notes for myself which is especially helpful during book club meetings.

I am still a customer, lack of reliability, errors with the basic email desing (sixe of letters, lines, sice of images), at the point of being scared of sending emails.I had 4 meetings, none of them solved the issue, now they request for a 5th, lets see ... each meeting with a different person... so I have to start, restart and restartLater I use the function "customer journey" and they block the emails despite I have a bigger plan for security reasons that still I need to be explainedNow they recommend to copy the journey and to restart, but I have the problem that I have to do manual controls to avoid 27 people do not receive the email twice ...Tired of loosing my time, but still trying as I spent more thatn 100 hours learning

I got scammed 302 pounds on the app.a scammer sent me a link bearing depop on the link to verify my account details and in the process I got scammed. It was my first time selling on the app. They refused to take responsibility or help with my refund.

I am not one to write reviews but my whole experience has been shocking, pay for next day delivery it doesnt come for days, wrong items sent, items not sent back and customer service is rude and unhelpful. A person called Gabriel on a live chat wouldnt help me solve my issue that I questioned once and told me hes closing the case as ' we're going around in circles ' after I said that it was impossible to speak to a person in the first place. Terrible experience.

I am just curious why this website is still online.. Years ago (maybe 10?) it has been something new for a while. Now, reviews are mostly as old as dinosaurs. It makes me think that nearly no one uses the websitre these days. Maybe I am not 100% correct, but it's a challenge to find a place to have breakfast - reviews are from 2015-2020. Okay, 2021 is also there sometimes. Don't they look for new cafes or restaurants to add? I can't use it because I can't understand it its relevance. Big doubts..
