Honestly this needs zero stars

Honestly this needs zero stars! Constant "errors" at the end of the relentless ad breaks, meaning you then have to re-try, taking you straight back to another 4 minutes of ads before the programme eventually starts, then takes 5 minutes buffering... Why is this app SO BAD???? Channel 4, up your game and sort this out. It's absolutely impossible to enjoy shows using this service, which is a shame because the content is good. This app is absolutely not good enough.

Why do you make it SO difficult to find the right ink for a printer (not mine I hasten to add, I prefer the competition!)Even trying to contact chat was impossible.Clearly you don't wish to create brand loyalty

Don't ever deal with HP, save yourself the headache.

Worst customer service ever. They record your conversations but apparently don't have records of you calling. They would like ME to supply them with proof that I called from 1 month ago. I've spent 2 hours with phone calls and emails. Would take weeks to get a response. This was my last email to there customer service support after they wanted me to give them proof of our conversations. This is advice for any business.I'm so glad to part ways with you and the shitty follow up and handling of your customers. Thank god we live in America and have choices to go with your competitors! I can't believe a billion dollar company like HP is still in business. I guess you need to go back to business 101 and understand it is 5X cheaper to keep an existing customer than to find a new one. I'm honestly stunned you would ask a stupid questions as if I keep phone records of my calls to you. I've wasted more than 2 hours on this and you're asking me for proof when your call centers say you are recording these conversations. Shame on HP and you! I will be cancelling my contract immediately and writing a wonderful review for your pathetic customer service. All for $10 dollars worth of ink. SMART very BUSINESS SMARTNothing like kissing 50 dollars a month, 600 dollars a year and 6000 dollars over 10 years down the drain. Never will I buy or promote HP ever again!

Accidentally I wrote my old password…

Accidentally I wrote my old password and got informed that this was an old password. Then I put the correct password, and instead of my profile (since 6 days now) I am directed to a screen that says I should log in from another device and approve the login inside my account.I am not logged in on any other device, so I cannot approve my own login from inside my account ...and by now I have tried to log in on 3 different desktop browsers, on 2 browsers on my phone, have installed that (horrible) facebook app and tried to log in there, have resetted the password and even tried to mark my account hacked.All this was without success. I cannot access my profile and it is always the same: After putting the correct (!) password, I am directed to the dead-end screen that says I should log in on another device to approve my login - no other options, no button to push.Of course i have tried all these standard solutions of the brainless automated help center without any success (burned about 9 hours on this bug so far). There is no facebook customer service, no email and no hotline. What a strange fact for a company with one of the largest userbases in the world. I finally found a report form somewhere deep in the "report hacked" process and tried to reach someone there. In my three attempts, there was no customer service at all. Automated response instead and the problem (which is clearly a bug in the facebook system) is not solved and most likely not even heard by anyone. I assume that my attempts to receive support didn't even make it to a human eye. The bug and the interaction confirms just once again what a truly horrible horrible company meta/facebook is, and how completely indifferent and uncaring these people are towards the billions of users that made facebook fincancially fat as it is today...
