The company was hacked in April 2024. My personal data was exposed. I have been receiving quite a high number of phone calls and phishing emails. I have called AT&T and they say that my data is in tact yet a monitoring service I have has a data breach for my number and email. AT&T has refused to provide any support.

Drivers please be more considerate

This isn't about Amazon, but their delivery drivers. I am sick and tired of drivers telling lies: 'Handed to customer' (left on door step or behind bin). 'No-one in' (I am fairly disabled and very rarely go out).I live in a small bungalow. The furthest away from the front door is, at the most 10ft. They are in such a rush they sometimes can't be bothered to knock on the door (which I would hear anywhere in the property)Leaving the parcel behind the bin is useless to me as I struggle to get out. Small parcels left at the front can also cause me a problem (not able to bend right down or pick up heavy items)This whole road is bungalows for the elderly, Drivers shouldn't assume everyone is capable. Parcels really should be handed to the customer.Otherwise I am very pleased with the service Amazon provides.

It's the worst piece of garbage of…

It's the worst piece of garbage of ANYTHING there is, a HUMONGOUS waste of money. I've gone thru WAY too much BS just to get a freaking ballgame... I possibly have heart problems and this piece of garbage could be dangerous! I've paid for the garbage but I can't get a freaking game, and sometimes rarely when I can, it's half freaking over!! I've done everything it says to do and it does NOTHING. You delete, download, and wait forever for it to come back up and click on everything and what does it tell you? UNABLE TO RESTORE PURCHASES.... OMG, it's just not fair how bad worthless piece of garbage money grubbing"ESPN" puts my phone's life in danger because it makes me want to hurt something, BAD! ESPN IS A WORTHLESS RIPOFF.

Utterly useless customer service

Utterly useless customer service. Have been experiencing issues with telegraph extra, and despite having a digital plus subscription if I click on something it asks me to upgrade to the subscription I already have! Have tried to explain this multiple times but customer services have no clue how to resolve. Time to cancel my subscription. Perhaps some negative social media will help get this resolved?

STAY AWAY FROM THE SAMSUHNG BRAND.. BUY SONY OR LG INSTEAD. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE/TEC CUPPORT/CASE MANAGERS WILL MAKE EVERY ATTEMPT TO REFUSE ANY WARRANTY CLAIMS AFTER FAILING TO FIX THE TV 4 TIMES. ADVISING A FAKE SOFTWARE UPDATE WILL FIX THE ISSUE. ONGOING ISSUE FOR THE PAST 8 WEEKS. INCOMPETENT CUSTOMER SERVICE WHO WOULD EVEN LIE AS AUTHORISED REPAIR CENTRE CLEARLY SAID THAT THE TV CANNOT BE REPAIRED. MOST OF THEIR MODELS FOR THE PAST TWO YEARS HAVE BEEN AFFECTED ALREADY.

Effective and reliable.

I use Parallels chiefly for tax/financial apps not published for MacOS, and legacy gear with no Mac drivers. It works flawlessly. If I made more rigorous use of it, I’d consider 5 stars, but I really don’t drive it hard enough to evaluate it at that level. And each release, I’ve notices, has improved performance and features implementation.

Shocking Experience At Kroger’s After more than 20 years being a Kroger customer, I will not have energy to ever step into any of their stores or gas station to purchase anything again. I just destroyed my gas point card to help me completely stay away and not be tempted to drive to any of their gas stations or market stores anymore. My shocking nightmare experience began this morning Friday February 21, 2020 . Rushing to work and stoped by Kroger store on Hamilton Road in Gahanna, Ohio on my way to work to purchase a prepaid phone card . The usual T mobile phone card I buy is pink & white looking and I mistakenly picked up three pink & white looking phone cards and have the cashier charged me each for $40 totally $129.90 ( plus Tax ) . I thought I was purchasing 3 months worth of prepaid phone cards . Arrived at work and trying to upload one of the cards but was unsuccessful. Tried several times until I read the small print on top of the pre-paid card to see it was Kroger Wireless and not T Mobile . I immediately returned to the store and picked up the correct T mobile cards , pull my old purchase receipt and went to the customer service counter for an exchange only to receive the shocking news ! “ I can’t exchange “ the associate said . I asked why and I said I have no use for these Kroger cards and not asking for cash back but exchanging to the card I can use . The Kroger associate said sales of these prepaid cards are final . I asked for his supervisor and a Collins came ready to quote me a Kroger corporate policy. He said “ Kroger is a big company and I don’t make the rules and you are the one that make the choice of buying the card you have no use for “ . In effect, I felt very little, cheated, defrauded and this looks very deceptive practice for painting a Kroger card like a brand name . I left the store extremely disappointed. I call the card services, they all quoted me “ The BIG Company Policy “ . I tried Kroger customer service at the corporate- same outcome. One associate felt my pain and tried to help until she hit the wall when she was told by her supervisor that she cannot override the stores . In effect I received a broad day light rubbery of $129.90 for a piece of paper print I have no use for from a BIG company called Kroger’s . What will my $129.90 get them ? Lose of a 20 years customer. Kroger will forever not receive my dime any more and my $129.90 will be paid by them one way or the other either by losing stocks or closing down brick and mortar stores because I believe the evil you do you pay for it one way or the other. I will never forgive them for defrauding me in broad day light unless they exchange the item to the one I have use for .Update as of Friday April 10, 2020: I submitted my complaint to the Ohio Attorney General’s office and on February 25, I received the following response: Thank you for contacting the Ohio Attorney General’s Office. We have received and reviewed your recent complaint regarding Kroger. When complaints are received against members of the Better Business Bureaus (BBBs) in Ohio, we direct those complaints to the appropriate BBB for their review. The dispute resolution process that the BBBs offer between their business members and consumers is similar to ours. Your complaint has been forwarded to: Cincinnati Better Business BureauI responded back to the office of the attorney general that as a tax payer I did not expect my citizen complaint be delegated to another entity. I immediately received a redress of my issue and the the office of the attorney general maintained the case . I submitted copies of the purchase receipt and the merchant to them. And on April 3, 2020 , I received a refund of $120.00 from Kroger deposited in my debit account I used for the purchase.I have not received an official letter from the attorney general’s office saying the dispute is resolved, neither has Kroger’s written to me . I have no business with Kroger’s and not sure why I should receive $120.00 from Kroger’s deposited in my account. I will assume this is how they preferred to settle my case ? Though they still owe me $9.90 ? I will take this and keep my protest from Kroger’s.
