We booked Apartament Rosso in Łódź via Booking.com. Upon arrival, we were overwhelmed by an intolerable stench of tobacco smoke — despite the listing stating it was a non-smoking apartment. We were traveling with children and could not possibly stay there.There was also a huge ashtray full of fresh cigarette butts on the balcony. Clearly, smoking had been taking place right next to the open balcony door, and all the smoke had filled the apartment.We reported this to Booking.com immediately. I called customer support and explained the situation — they hung up on me mid-call. Then I received a generic message, saying that because the reservation was “non-refundable,” they couldn’t help unless the host agreed.They even admitted in the chat:“We’re sorry the call was unexpectedly disconnected.”They gave me a phone number to reach the host — the number didn’t work. I wrote again.They said, “We’ll contact you in 24 hours.”Meanwhile, I was with two kids at night, with no place to stay.Booking.com offloaded all responsibility to the host, who only replied with excuses but didn’t offer any real help.They allowed this host to break platform rules, collect off-platform payments, and ignore guests.I had to urgently find another place late at night. This is not just poor service — it’s neglect.If you care about safety, trust, or customer service — stay away from Booking.com.

I was unable to send holiday card and was told too bad after days of trying to reach customer service. Was offered free access for January and February, but that doesn't help when you want your card to be delivered prior to December 24th. Will never use them again. Terrible, terrible experience. Don't waste your money.

I love the quality offered by CM. It's on the pricier side, but if you become a member, with the free drops, I feel it's a lot of value. This is where you go if you want the premier design assets. There are many other lower-priced options out there, and they are great for what they offer, but CM, for their price point, offers exceptional design assets, and I'm hoping the artists on the other side see a lot of that revenue going into their pockets.

I went for lunch with a friend to the Fitzwilliam arms in Marholm Peterborough and had prawns and scallops in a sauce as the main course. We were very disappointed because the scallops were tiny and looked as though they had been sliced in two to make them go further, as they were so thin. The sauce they were in looked delicious but when we tasted it there was no taste at all.

I’m nearly 50 and I’ve been on iTunes for decades. I never considered Spotify, let alone ever imagined that they’d become the voice of free speech. What Spotify did today was beyond impressive {they removed Neil “F.T.” Young after he demanded that it was him or Joe Rogan}. I do listen to Spotify for the Joe Rogan Experience and I will be canceling my iTunes subscription in favor of Spotify for all my streaming music. When I find a service that shares my beliefs, I spend my money there. Thank you Spotify for doing what’s right!

I did the trial, and couldn't cancel, so it defaulted to the plan, which is annual. I saw that it said it would expire the next year; as a result I thought I had already paid for this, might as well use it. I was wrong. In the small text you can see that it was not paid upfront for the "Annual" plan; it is just a monthly plan and you will be charged monthly. Way too much by the way. So after I was charged a second time, I went on the website and "Canceled" it. Only to find out it wasn't and I was charged again. I went back to the website and realized the cancel button did not do anything. I had to contact customer support which informed me that I would be prorated the difference of the "Annual" but actually monthly plan and the standard $60+tax fee would be reduced to $20+tax for a misleading service I barely got 2 pictures out of. How generous. Stay way from their scam.

I bought 4 ROG Rapture GT6 mesh wifi routers. $900 in equipment. Bricks out of the box. I did some testing and discovered the signals dropped every 3 - 5 minutes then started back up after about 15 seconds after dropping. I sent it to the RMA center after paying $100 in shipping, because they can't group units into a single RMA, then tell me there is nothing wrong with the units. I guess I need to save them then sue.

I have a very high, level of confidence about their security and sustainability commitments. My only complaint is their use of a UK based dictionary. I have written a book with a total of 8 chapters including 44 sub-chapters. Its now 120 k words. Over-all the revision processes have become easier every year.

Negative Five star customer service.I got package what I didn't order it.I called customer service and Lady told me I have to print out return label and pack and drop off it at post office.She said it's VERY EASY.I can do it but not easy for everyone.I pay box,drive to postoffice,pay paper and ink for return label.It's not easy for everyone. I put my time and energy and money.It wasn't my mistake it's company's fault and They made my extra work which I shouldn't have.I was sorry for who ordered this so I did it.But Customer service Lady was very rude.She said I have to do this.It's my job.because I opened box.I opened of course they put my address.The way she said was not polite it was very rude.I couldn't feel company's sincerity. This is their mistake....I am doing this for good reason.I wants to do right things.But because the way they treated me today,I decided I never ever go spend my money for this company.They lost customer because of Horrible customer service.

This company is extremely homophobic. I don’t know how they are training their employees. But it’s crazy how they allow “No Violation” for homophobic comments, but when I respond even not going against terms they say it is a violation. Their employees are allowed to be homophobic.
