Past 7 deliveries have been set at about 4pm-7pm then changed 4 times. Again today, an item already at the delivery station at 3am is getting delivered between 4.15-7.15 and will probably arrive about 8pm.This never used to be the case and I suspect it's because they want you to pay for deliveries before 1pm. I have a disability and 8/9pm is far too late. Water delivered at 8.45pm! Once or twice yes but all the deliveries now? No thanks.I'm not paying for delivery before 1pm on top of the Prime £8.99 so I'm looking at using Tesco instead and cancelling Prime. At least I can pick a slot with Tesco.

When Lego UK automatically denied a missing bricks request without so much as an explanation, I went directly to Lego.com. Despite it being the same company, it operates with different morals and standards. I didn’t want to plead my case over a gift from the children’s hospital and the reps at Lego.com respected and understood that, which meant a lot to me. I don’t know if Lego will see this review, but it made my son’s whole week after the bricks arrived in the mail. Thank you Andrei, Mason and Emily.

I booked a stay through Agoda, and it turned into a nightmare. I made a small error in the check-in date and tried to correct it immediately. The hotel was kind and willing to help but Agoda’s customer service has been completely unresponsive.I spent over 3 days calling and emailing with no real action. Long phone holds (40+ minutes), empty promises, and constant blame on “third-party agents.” I trusted Agoda, not their hidden partners.Their lack of communication is shocking, especially for a well-known platform. Avoid booking through Agoda if you want peace of mind.

visited 3 different national trust in the Midlands this weekend. I have not been for a while and I won't be going back in a hurry. Cafes are overpriced offering stale nasty food. one slice of cheap bread spread with cheap marge and a hint of cheese £2.50 sloppy service and filth knives and forks. yuk. I wonder if the food standards agency ever checks these places out? they need to get there act together and stop ripping people of.

The customer service is very slow. The amount of time they need to check with their team is extremely long. Sometimes I would take 2-3 hours to find a solution or explanation. And very often the explanation is very bad. Also, the chat would end abruptly after 4 minutes if you don't have an interaction. But i always have to wait for the staff to response because they are checking it with the team. And while I am waiting, the chat will end because I am not interacting. Very weird. SO i have to start all over again to explain my problem.Case 22010545
