I am a host managing a structure in Venice (Italy).70% of my guests book through booking.com, 25% from Airbnb and the remaining 5% from Vrbo (or other Expedia platforms).The service provided by Vrbo is very poor, expecially for the payments.At the beginning of June I should have received the second payment from a guest that decided to split the total payment in two tranches. I had an order worth more than 2,000 Euros, that I have been waiting for almost 2 weeks. The expected delivery date was 23.10.2023, after taking the day off from work, they called me and told me that sorry they wouldn't be able to make it today, and we will do it on 26.10.2023, so I had to take another day off from work. after they arrived they wanted to leave my order in the street, and I take it to my apartment!!!!!, Why TF did I pay for a service then, and when I refused they left!, and said IKEA will call you, they never did, and I have been calling them since yesterday and chatting via their dumb chat, and everyone is saying we can't do anything at the moment, then who TF can do? Went to the store iteself, and the employees are on strike since 2 weeks, why TF you have the production running then?

BEWARE - I believe this is a scam company. It was late at night and I thought I was hitting the official ChatGPT site. I foolishly allowed myself to subscribe and then felt it was not useful. Went to bed, planning to cancel in the morn. Hit the cancel button - nothing seemed to work, no way to cancel, no way to contact the company. Tried to get the payment blocked by Amex and they came back to say I should have cancelled. Amex sent me the ChatOpen cancellation policy - NO CANCELLATION FOR ACCIDENTAL PURCHASE - NO CANCELLATion for CHANGE OF MIND, Etc. The parent company is ZILINGIAL based in Greece.BEWARE - SCAM

Trischelle recently took care of my cat Spicy for three days. She has had a lot of experience caring for the pets of friends and relatives but this was her first time as a pet sitter for Care.com.Spicy is usually very cautious around new people , but she warmed up to Trischelle rather quickly.Trischelle clearly has a way with cats. She is mature, reliable and is an excellent communicator. She goes above and beyond what is expected of her. For all those reasons I highly recommend Trischelle.

You need to find total consistency with sell recommendations. It is so confusing to read about a sell recommendation for certain portfolios and then a buy recommendation for others. This is not at all helpful. This happened again in June. Please fix this, connect the dots across portfolios, or at least justify why this should be the case. Many thanks.
