Review of freshbooks

Freshbooks has exceeded my expectations.

From the get-go, Freshbooks has been the perfect solution for my small one-person business. It is intuitive, feature-rich and extremely easy to use and set up. The invoices are professional, the ability to accept credit cards is a huge plus, the accounting reports are more than helpul and the auto-payment feature makes collecting invoices a no-brainer. It is the one solution i use that does not require a lot of time and attention....just "set it and forget it" which is perfect for the time-strapped entrepreneur. Thanks.

Zero stars should be allowed!

I'm old enough to remember when the DM was a quality newspaper, that had real inhouse journalists and not the freelancers now, who failed the GCSE English exams. Silly star struck girls writing celerity gossip is not news and should not be in a 'newspaper' nor is allowing Markle, who buys the blank pages on the site, to fill up with positive stories about how great she is, is not news either! It's nothing but rubbish and adverts and several videos playing at the same time and more adverts and more adverts. You can't even load the comments due to the amount rubbish trying to get your attention, that it's all become unusable. What's more shocking is they don't care and don't reply to emails reg it's problems and just keep filling it with adverts and rubbish, so they keep the revenue coming in.

Terrible customer service.

Terrible customer service.Upon returning 2 items in store they told me I should contact customer service because I dont have the same card/ account. Online customer service told me there's nothing they can do about it a week ago. I called customer service today and they said my 30 days to return is gone when in fact it's not, since I received my items on December 19th. Won't ever buy Zara again and you shouldn't either

NOT "Amazon Prime"

"Amazon Prime", More like Amazon Crap". they should be done for false advertising, The TV is now garbage can't find anything to watch from all the channels they're trying to sell, then theirs all the adverts. The sequencing is off program I watched episode 1 and episode 6 same episode. And prime next day delivery complete joke ordered an item on Prime day 9 October for next day delivery as soon as I paid for it delivery 15th or 16th this then became the 22nd or 23rd then the 30th or 31st October So I called them they told me it was at Hinckley if I wanted to pick it up, He told me to cancel order and reorder it at full price and I would possibly get it in the next few days. I cancelled the order and the guy said he was putting a £10 voucher in my account. Surprise, surprise he didn't even do that right. WELL DONE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE 👏

Cancelled order to up the price...

I purchased 2 ASUS routers. They were advertised as pre-order for $489 and there was a limit of 2. I purchased 2 to run in ASUS AIMesh for coverage across my property. Shortly after, they closed the pre-order for about 2 hours and when it came back online, the price was $549 and there was now a limit of 1. At the same time, I received an email stating that my order was cancelled because it couldn't be fulfilled. I know that happens but this obviously wasn't a fulfillment issue since the pre-order was re-opened immediately and it was obvious they cancelled it to up the price. I contacted support and after about 20-30 minutes they finally told me that my order was cancelled because they changed the limit from 2 to 1 and that they couldn't fix it. Now, I agree they have the right to change the limit but they shouldn't cancel existing orders that were placed at the advertised limit at the time. At the end of the day, I can't stand by a company that can't stand by it's own offers. Seems like nothing more than a bait and switch and I don't play those games.

A quality experience all around

I've been using logitech from the start of my use of computers, be that logitech 2.1 speakers to the original g5 mouse, as time has moved on, the support and quality of products has remain consistent. Most recently I purchased the PRO X headset, and unfortunately this item has a defect, whereby the sound had stopped playing in one of the two headphones. Without hesitation, Logitech support were able to address this RMA and send out a functioning new pair to replace. This level of customer support and assistance, to maintain the wellbeing of its end-users, is tantamount to it always being a quality experience to use logitech

Company is corrupt.

Company is corrupt. This borders on being an outright scam. My mother started a trial of this software just before passing away. We later discovered that she was charged multiple times for an annual subscription. I wrote support letting them know that the software had never been used and would never be used and asked that the charges be reversed and the recurring fee be cancelled. They replied back and said that it is policy that payments that have already been processed cannot be refunded, and cited some stupid policy article of their own. Then they confirmed that the subscription would be cancelled and we would not be charged again. Less than 5 days later they charged her account again. We wrote another email regarding being charged again immediately after being told the subscription was cancelled and never got a reply from support. We ended up having to have the bank stop payment and paying them to do a retrieval of funds for fraud.

Good pricing, wish shipping was faster

The pricing of a lot of the items are really well. However i dont like it that you then find out the item isnt shipping for 5-6 weeks. They shouldnt really be showing these items. Show whats shipping now and not later. Overall though, pricing is good and when they do have it it ships fast.
