DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE! I used this site to pay for membership to NOT ON AMAZON, however, Jamie Rackham of Rackham industries and NOA have decided to block many paying subscribers from the group and have kept the money. When contacting Buymeacoffee, it's absolutely impossible to get any answer out of the ridiculous chat function aside from them saying they aren't responsible, Jamie is, unless it's fraud. Well, taking £100 for a year subscription and then pausing the group (therefore taking the service away from those paying) after a month is fraud in my eyes. But it's practically impossible to contact anyone about this. They are also deleting comments from NOA posts on their website, comments which are the ONLY way to contact the owner of the site as he just keeps blocking everyone. This site clearly has some sort of interest in Jamie keeping the money. Absolute thieves.

Like others, the application process is horendous. Reject with no reason. No replies to countless reminders. Replies that are complete wrong. Twilio is a disaster nowadsys. I have been sending them docs since Apr and it is now mid Oct 2023! On going mess. If there is competitor to twilio, I am sure many would leave.

During the trial period of 14 days there were support, but once the trial was finished there is absolutely no support.Correction: have chnaged the review after themegrill response. The support via their chat works without any challenges.

I am deeply disappointed by the response I have received from LG since my washing machine broke down. I purchased the LG Electronic FH4A8TDH4N for £599.99 on 16/09/2017. However, the machine wasnt delivered until 3 weeks later. The machine is still just within its warranty.On 17/09/2018, after putting in a load to wash, I noticed my machine heavily leaking via the door. In order to avoid water damage to my property, I disconnected the machine from the mains. The door lock was not released for an hour and it was only after that I was able to investigate the issue. I found that the lower rubber ring had detached it's self from the entrance to the machine. No clothing was entangled. The rubber ring was semi hung loosely away from the opening. I removed the soaking wet clothing and had to physically empty the water from within the machine using a beaker. Shortly after, I called LG and explained the circumstances. They refused to send out an engineer to inspect the machine. I emailed photos. They then stated that this was accidental damage on my part and this was not covered under the warranty. They insisted that clothing had got caught in the mechanism. This was not the case and complete speculation on their part. I asked again whether an engineer could be sent to assess the damage for themselves. This was refused. They provided the contact details for a repair company who charged a call out fee of £89.00! How can I be held 'accidently responsible' for the damage when all I did was to put in a small load to wash, select the wash programme and press the start button? Surely this is a design fault? How else am I supposed to put my clothes in the machine to wash??? I advise prospective customers thinking of buying this brand of machine to be weary as the product itself appears to be at fault and the customer services seem to want to wash their hands of any problems caused by the machine. Summary: Poor quality products and no customer service.We purchased 4 vanities from Joss & Main. Far less than a year after installing the vanity, water started leaking from the inside of the vanity to the corner, quickly damaging the composite material. We have a smaller vanity from the same line which has the same issue. It's very clear that this is a massive manufacturing defect if it appeared in two units from the same brand.Joss & Main / Wayfair does not stand behind their products. Support told me that since it had been more than 30 days since purchase, there was nothing they could do. They didn't even offer to help address the issue to prevent it from getting worse. Any company that cares about their reputation, or retaining customers, would make an exception to their policy to address what is so obviously a manufacturing defect. No we're left with 2 out 4 Joss & Main vanities damaged less than a year old, and will have to spend a lot of money to replace them.I wish I had read a review like this before I purchased. I've never had such a poor customer service experience and will not purchase from this company again.

We transferred from Sage 50 to Sage Accounting, thought that there would be much less functionality but I was wrong. The functionality of Sage Accounting is excellent and they are improving all the time. Bank feeds, uploading invoices by email for approval. Unlimited users to mention a few point.

Been waiting over 12 days for payment to arrive in my bank, payment supposedly comes in 10 working days or when item is delivered, I send all my items within a day of them being purchased but still no payments received. 1 payment still pending is from the 12th of April. Will be trying vinted to sell my items after this experience.
