Dreadful update imposed on users

1000 day streak spending 30 mins a day and now I have lost all motivation after forced update. New path does not suit my learning style. Could have been so different by offering users the option to switch between user interfaces. Will not be renewing my paid for subscription and moving back onto free version. Hoping that Duo listens to their customer base and changes their policy.

Review of crocs

Several weeks for a refund, still waiting....

I tried to return some crocs which were posted on 20th November. I checked the tracking and the item said delivered on 21st. So I assume crocs have received it. I had still not received my refund on 8th December so contacted them on Livechat which took about 30 minutes in the queue. The adviser is called Emil K, He advised that the item was only received on 4th December, it was delivered on 21st but to the international mailing hub. After this it was sent on to Netherlands. Once received it will take a minimum of 14 working days to receive a refund (probably longer at this busy time of year). Therefore a refund will take a minimum of 5 weeks, but as the 14 days falls on Christmas eve I'm guessing it will be 6-7 weeks before I get my money back. So to warn anyone wanting to return for a refund, you will have quite a long wait!

They need to buy their employees…

They need to buy their employees glasses or just incompetent. They sent me a completely different motherboard. Instead of an ITX, I got an ATX. Now that motherboard is sold out and will have to wait another month or so to get it. Oh well, their paying for both shipping and return. So they lose!

Technician damaged laptop and Dell refuses to replace it

The company refuses replacement after 30 days after their technician damaged the laptop performing a simple repair. Would not recommend as a company nor purchase from them ever again.

Needs improvement

When searching for jobs or other information, the results mostly include listings from multiple countries, which is unnecessary, confusing, and time-consuming. There should be an option to filter results by specific countries or locations to make the search more relevant and efficient. This improvement would significantly enhance the user experience. I am not searching jobs to work in another country.

I want to stop with Linkedin But the…

I want to stop with Linkedin But the charge me still. I set it on hold. And still you charge me. From september 2024 I do not have Linked in anymore. I pay to much. 4x 54.99 = 219.96 euroNow I block the bank account for linkedin. Can not remove myself without log in but I can not log in. Still I pay! Ask can you remove me from Linked in? And storno 4 months of payment back on my account?

Can't find good channels anymore…

Can't find good channels anymore because all I get are ads or shown things I've already see. I've had my account since 2008 and this is the worst year on record for bad recommendations and having things shoved into your feed that they should know you'll never watch.
