**Important Caution Regarding Etsy Purchases**Exercise caution when making purchases on Etsy. Avoid accepting packages that arrive after a 60-day period, as I did. The company claims to have canceled my package, yet I never received it. Upon inquiring with my bank, I was informed that a charge had been made two months prior, but I never received the product. When I reached out to Etsy, they insisted that no charge was made, and my bank informed me that since more than 60 days have passed, I cannot dispute the transaction. My vendor indicated that the delivery would take 60 days due to being international, but after that period, her account was closed without any refund. I advise against making any purchases from Etsy.

Support is absolutely disgusting. I bought Red Dead Online as a separate add-on because I didn't want to pay the monthly fee. Once I paid for it, I was unable to download it as it's incompatible with the disc version. Had to wait all weekend to even speak to an advisor who then informs me that they can't process a refund for a DIGITAL ADD-ON without me providing the receipt for a game I bought on Ebay years ago, and a picture of both the disc and the case. I couldn't even find the case or my receipt because it's been that long. I now have to contact my bank about this blatant disregard for consumer rights, making me waste hours of my life for something that should have been sorted immediately. I have spent hundreds on the store and never asked for a refund before. It's disgusting how they treat people

I found this completely frustrating. I got an email that my DNA results are in, I followed the link, and ended up in a loop of ... buy a kit! I already bought a kit, I sent it in, I waited, and I was notified the results were ready. But I have not figured out how to get to them in your website. NOT happy about this.

I did not realize that purchases auto subscribed users. I learned this ONLY 3 DAYS after the unauthorized "subscription" period started (there is no option to not be subscribed!).Because of the error message on my zoom account "Your payment card on file has expired. Please update your payment method or you will lose access to your paid features in the future" - I assumed that not providing my updated card would therefore cancel my unbeknownst/unauthorized "subscription".I then learned that Zoom uses a 3rd party to update account users credit card information which is unauthorized and I believe to be a breach of privacy and information.It seems that all zoom cares about is getting as much money as possible and not the customers needs or happiness.I created a ticket with zoom to get my account sorted (over 6 weeks and their customer service insisted that they can't amend my "subscription") and Zoom billing department made 4 attempts to charge my credit card for a "subscription" I did not know about or agree to for a plan that was underutilized and a current amount/plan I vehemently do not need or approve. Their customer service insist that they can't waive this and refuse to. Please note I'm talking about 5k / year - I started a zoom acount to bridge the team during covid and upgraded some features (ridiculously priced I might add) again, unknowing that the upgrades became a subscription. There was no reminders that my "subscription" was due or that any "subscription" changes had to occur one month prior. I think you can expect a class action soon zoom.
