I have used att for a few years now

I have used att for a few years now, and recently had a problem on my iPhone 13. I contacted them and said they would send someone out immediately, as it was under warranty. Now two months later, I am being charged $250.00 for their service. A fee was never mentioned, until I received this invoice notification. I have nothing good to say about ATT, and their warranty or service. I will be dropping them, as soon as possible. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND NEVER USE ATT FOR YOUR SERVICE. YOU WILL EVENTUALLY REGRET IT. Terry

Don't bother with the nest mini

Kids brought me the nest mini for fathers day 2023. Ending of 2023 nest started to play up not announcing reminders. Google sent me out a replacement, with in a day I had the same problem, I am still trying to get google nest tech support to take responsibility and get this sorted but all they want to do is go around in circles and not provide any sort of resolution. Really wish I had stuck with Amazon!

They confirmed my booking but cancelled last minute

They confirmed my booking back in September. I was due to check in today however they have cancelled the booking last minute. I am in a foreign country with a 3 month old baby and a 4 year old. I contacted them by phone and their app earlier this week to make sure this was all going ahead and they confirmed everything was okay and I did not need to do anything. But before my check in today they have cancelled. Agoda has got to be the worst booking site I have ever used. Their customer service does not exist. They don't care if you get stranded and the hardship they will cause. This will be a complaint and I will be reporting to trading standards in the UK. They have so many bad reviews and they keep doing this to people. They have ruined so many people's holidays. It is unacceptable. I urge everyone to report them to the relevant bodies in your country. This company should not be allowed to continue to operate. They have no morals or care. The don't care whatsoever if you get stuck in a foreign or unknown place with no where to go. This poses a massive danger to health and safety if you have to spend the night on the road. Everyone report this company!

very disappointed. Disgusting customer service

I was trying to get my college listed on the student discount eligible list, as all of the college in my area are already listed, except mine. thought that was odd. tried everything and resulted to customer service. the worst customer service I've ever received. in fact I didn't even receive any. messaged a robot, who told what I had already done, then it connected me to a "human advisor". Carl T then asked me a blatantly obvious question "do I need help with student discount" and that was the last I heard. later still nothing. Very disappointing as I do love spotify.

Visit to Nostell Priory

Had a lovely day at Nostell Priory yesterday. Booked parking through the system (Eventbrite) last Friday although we probably wouldn't have needed to because there was plenty of space in the car park. Had a walk around the estate and had a picnic. After that went into the house which was fully open, unlike last year when you could only go around the ground floor. The staff and volunteers were very welcoming, in fact one volunteer said how nice it was to welcome visitors again. We then took a stroll around the gardens which had been kept immaculate. Rounded of the visit with coffee and cake in the courtyard cafe, a wander around the gift shop then home. This was my experience of a National Trust property who seem to have got their act together after the difficulties of last year.

Black drivers be advised what you are signing up for

I am a Elite driver with over 800 black rides in 6 months it’s been a week I have been online for 50+ hours and have only made $125 not to mention Lyft takes 50% of my income! And just today (Friday ) I have been online for over 9 hours and still no rides! I feel like Lyft is a scam and not an honest company and is manipulating all the drivers!

Kroger :4142 Cedar Springs Rd, Dallas, 75219 Morning Shift from 8am to 2pm are the hours I have been in this store in the past 2 years and nothing has changed from employees using profanity, complaining about other employees, and act like they own the store. Laronda works in Customer Service acts like a school crossing guard and talks to customers as if they are little misbehaving kids, and if a customer doesn't walk in where it is roped off and says enter, she will not wait on them. It doesn't matter if NO ONE IS in line, she tells them to go to the other side. Plain Stupid, She has been given too much power or management allows this pathetic type of behavior in this store. It damn sure will not fly at another store. The really screwed up part of Laronda treating customer's this way is that everyone on this shift sees it and they all laugh when she tells someone this. It is like a Big Joke on the customer. I have hired, trained, and managed 1000s of customer service reps at Bank Of America over the past 20 years and This store needs Everyone to go back thru training or pack their bags and go home. Discipline probably never occurs at this location. Another sad sad issue, is no one ever wants to help a customer when they have an issue with coupons, or items not ringing up correctly and just says this is the way it is. When a homeless person walks in this store, and its daily, these employees make fun of them by covering their faces or nose with something as if they cant stand them. Ask some of the employees or one that's not involved in this click. I will NEVER shop at this location nor any of my employees after I tell them or they been there and been mistreated. This store needs a overhall. Move them all around to other stores and move some new employees and management in. I guaranty the overall of sales and revenue will go up.
