I've used this service for a decade. And ten years ago it was fine. This week the desktop app broke. It took me 2 days to get a human response to my service ticket. And when I did, they told me that the subscription price is increasing, the desktop app is currently broken (nothing about fixing it), and that I should use the website. This is the last straw. The service has always been overpriced, but at least it used to be simple and work. Now they log me out once a month, and reset my defaults so that my files only live on their server for a week. Their customer service sucks. I hate this company, and I'm going to find something else.

I can now fill out everything completely with ease!Initially, I struggled to understand how to fill in certain details on Etsy, which made the process a bit confusing. However, after integrating Printful, I discovered that its autofill feature provides clear guidance on how to complete each section. This has made the entire experience much smoother and more efficient. I’m truly impressed by how seamless and user-friendly it is!

I booked Albert View and it was a nightmare. The most stressful accommodation booking I have ever made. Upon check in I could not open the front door. I was in a rush to check in quickly as I had a meeting to attend and had been travelling for 3 hours. I rang the number and was told to turn it hard to the right hand side as it is a double lock and should click. It didn't work so I asked if they were sure it was the right and they said yes. It wouldn't work so they said they'd call someone. This caused me extreme anxiety as the clock was ticking for my meeting. So whilst I waited I turned it to the left anyway and it opened. So the instructions I was given were incorrect. This check in process caused so much stress that was completely avoidable if correct instructions were given.When I entered my room (room 9) I was assaulted by the stink of cigarettes, despite the windows being open. The bedsheets were grey and when I smelt them they did not smell clean. I checked the shower and there was zero water pressure. I wouldn't have been able to shower properly. I suffer with OCD so there was no way I could stay in this room. I quickly booked the ibis budget 10 minutes away and checked out. This meant that the costs for my accommodation have ended up being astronomical! Due to the issue with the front door and the state of the room and the fact I had to very quickly book an alternative and I ended up being late to my meeting. This caused untold stress and ruined my whole weekend. The anxiety of not being able to get into the accommodation, the stress of the lack of cleanliness and the added stress and expense of having to quickly book alterative completely ruined my weekend! I look forward to a response to this review and a full refund on my booking.

⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 star)Booking through Hotels.com, you would reasonably expect some level of accountability or support when issues arise with a hotel reserved through their platform. Unfortunately, that was not the case when I encountered a serious problem during my recent stay at Hallmarc Studios in Port Arthur, Texas.Despite the fact that the hotel fraudulently charged my bank account $483.00 in error, which caused financial hardship and emotional distress, Hotels.com told me there was nothing they could do, as refunds are completely up to the hotel’s discretion. I contacted their customer service, hoping for advocacy or at least a sense of responsibility since I used their platform in good faith. Instead, I was told they could only relay the message to the hotel and could not intervene when the hotel refused to issue a refund.(See my full review of Hallmarc Studios below for more details on the incident.)Hotels.com’s role should go beyond just being a middleman. If a hotel listed on their platform engages in unethical behavior, they should step in to protect their customers, not hide behind policies. This experience has made me completely lose confidence in booking through Hotels.com. If they cannot support their users when things go wrong, then what value are they really providing?⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 star)I had a reservation at Hallmarc Studios from May 2 to May 4, booked through Hotels.com. Upon arrival, check-in was smooth, and the room charge of $165.83 was correctly billed to the card on file. Unfortunately, what followed turned an average stay into an incredibly distressing and financially disruptive experience.At 5:15 AM, I received a fraud alert from my bank notifying me that an additional charge of $483.00 had been made by Hallmarc Studios. This charge was completely unauthorized and absolutely shocking. I immediately contacted my bank’s fraud hotline and was told that the charge had been reversed, but due to it being a weekend, I would not see the refund for 3 to 7 business days.Concerned, I contacted the front desk right away and was informed by the clerk that the charge was a mistake and had been refunded. When I expressed how this unexpected withdrawal caused an overdraft on my account and placed me in a serious financial bind, the response I received was dismissive at best. I explained that I have limited financial resources, and this error significantly impacted my well-being, triggering both anxiety and depression. The clerk repeatedly brushed it off with, “Mistakes happen,” showing no genuine concern or empathy for the situation.Later, I discovered from the manager that the charge had been made by mistake by her own daughter, who works at the hotel. It became clear that there was an effort to downplay and cover up this serious error rather than take accountability. I requested a full refund for my stay—not only for the financial hardship caused by the unauthorized charge but also for the emotional distress and the complete lack of professionalism shown throughout the ordeal.I escalated the issue through Hotels.com, who contacted the hotel on my behalf. Shockingly, the manager refused to issue any refund, despite acknowledging the error. This is not only horrible business practice, it is highly unprofessional and downright irresponsible.To charge a guest’s card for someone else's room, cause financial damage, and refuse to make things right is unacceptable. I will never stay at Hallmarc Studios again and strongly caution anyone considering a stay here to think twice. If this is how they handle major billing errors and customer care, you are far better off choosing another hotel.

FreshBooks makes running my new small business so very smooth. I don't know what I'd do without it. It is versatile, well designed and easy to use. I've been with FreshBooks for less than a year and I have already recommended it to several of my friends and associates. What an excellent service.

Just started using the platform and am so excited to find such a great resource. Two thumbs up for Freshbooks. I think this will be a game changer for how I invoice!

After using HP printers since the early 1980s, 1I will never buy another HP product. I bought a brand new HP Laser Jet M404n network printer which never worked well because the HP/Win 10 driver never installed correctly to allow print quality control. HP online help proved absolutely useless, indeed insulting, simply refusing to assist me unless I agreed to buy yet ANOTHER new ink cartridge for a never-used NEW PRINTER. HP has become a complete rip off!I replaced this flaky HP M 404n printer with a far less expensive Brother printer which installed without issue and now works perfectly.

I have bank with bank of America and now I'm banking with wells Fargo. Whenever I deposit a check in well Fargo my check is available immediately. I have no issues so far with this bank. With bank of America merchants had more access to my funds than I did. I would attempt to use my card and have to go through their fraud protection but then check my account and merchants had no issue getting my funds even after filing disputes. So far I'm happy with wells Fargo. They have customer service. One rep whose name was Vincent was very helpful.

I posted a story. It uploaded, over 10 people viewed it. Then it asked me to upload it again. And once I did it said no one viewed my story, while I had 3 people around me open my story and viewed it. I then restarted my phone. And my story is gone, but I keep getting responses from people about my story, that I can’t view nor delete. I want to be able to take down what I post or see what I post. I’ve emailed Snapchat over 5 times and I get an automatic response that does not pertain to what the issue is. Snapchat doesn’t help you with anything when you ask for help.
