TRAGEDY. Very bad customer service. I wanted to return the product and cancel the new order. Neither one nor the other happened. I have no answer, an open request and nothing. 100 Euro slimmer account. I do not recommend buying directly from the company's website. With enough negative reviews they do absolutely NOTHING with it.

Purchased Dell Inspiron 7500 2n1 during pandemic. Now difficult to turn on and mousepad often doesn't work. Customer service offered to replace broken part, but on back order till at least April/May. That would mean half a year of a broken, not-always-working device. As an alternative they offered refurbished laptop to replace new device. No thank you! Have escalated to get better resolution. One thing is to get a lemon, another thing to not stand behind your product!

my Swiss Knife plugin

First, I started jetelements plugins for 1year until my subscription expires. I didn't explore the other plugins they have. I use some of their widgets on jetelements and eventually, I need to uninstall it since I can no longer update.I do love exploring things and trying things, I have a lot of plugins which are PRO version. This year I have a new project that needs a lot of customization so while starting the project I am starting to explore again to look for a plugin that meets my needs which doesn't require another 3rd party plugins, my main goal is to lessen the use of different plugins from different sources. And that's I found crocoblock, I could say my Ultimate Swiss Knife plugins which has everything I need especially when you want a fully customized website from (from a basic website to e-commerce to everything on your mind)Yes, they are not perfect. which means there are still lots of issues you will encounter but the support team is trying hard to solve it for you.I could say, for my 1st month using crocoblock I did experience a lot of issues around. From 9 issues encounter, 1 of it makes me unsatisfied not to the crocoblock itself but to the support specialist who is assigned to my issue.The other support specialist who is assigned to the other issues are great. But the other one is not, she already close the tickets which are for me still not resolve. She's having a hard time getting my explanation while giving me an unsatisfactory answer.(from crocoblock team, if you want to look onto it, here's the reference ticket #10651 Customize Category Archive)For customers improvements.I just wish that in submitting a ticket though, at least we the customer can have the privilege to change or choose or accept the support specialist assigned before start engaging the issue. I don't want to encounter again wasting my time writing back and forth to the support assigned whom I already know that he/she is not capable on a subject matter.Here's my 4 star!Just keep improving guys! As I don't want to explore again the internet to look for other plugins the same as crocoblocks offering.

Review of cloudflare

Trashiest support every seen in my entire life

Cloudflare service is ok but their support is total garbage (and I am being nice). Had some billing related questions, so it's not like I am free riding their free offers here, and these clowns take 2-3 weeks to reply each time. They won't even read my first reply which had everything needed in it, so we lost another 2-3 weeks in the process. Long story short it took almost 3 month to get a refund...Never AGAIN
