Ashwini is the best

Oh my goodness, Ashwini is the best. I had the worst thing happen, where my site was broken and couldn't do anything to fix it. I couldn't even access the wordpress builder or files in bluehost. Ashwini fixed the site, and then I asked if they could help me solve the issue that lead to the broken site. They fixed that too! This was the best expierence I've ever had with a chat agent. Genuinely haven't been more excited to write a review for someone.

My experience with Hostgator professional Word Press support team was amazing. They teach me so much. I am not a professional IT personnel, but still able to do updates and web maintenance, including building a website using WordPress.

The WF Premium is a serious defender and I see the difference compared to other few security plugins I had by just looking at the list of blocked bad actors from the reports. Now I am confident I can entrust my site to the plugin and WF team and may always rely on a really quick, friendly and professional support in a case I need it. No compromises for me - WF only.

unacceptable customer support, and broken storeI'll start by saying that I love the products of this company, but unfortunately, I can't say the same for the customer service. I purchased a product from the official store. Having completed the four steps required by entering all the data necessary for shipping, I arrive at the message asking me to execute. the payment, I pay for the product, and that's it, the store doesn't confirm anything to me, I contact support, and they dismiss me by saying with a few words and explanations, that they don't see any payment, even though my bank says it appears perfectly executed, I tried to make it again a purchase and I realize that the store concludes the payment procedure with the bank details pop up but does not record any orders, the cart remains with the item still inserted as if nothing had happened. I'm sorry to leave this negative review, but I can't do anything else because I lost money, I will be ready to give a positive review if things are resolved

A bill paid on the online chase app…

I called Chase to inquire about a payment. I spoke with a representative that had a heavy accent. It was super stressful when I was transferred two more times and had to relay my story with each transfer. An hour later no kidding. My problem could've been resolved within the first few minutes. I will never use their online payment because they never know where your money goes.

Worst bank

Worst bank. I just open a account and deposit over 2K and then the next day they restricted my checking account and at first I couldn’t take the funds out I had to get the supervisor approval and I was able to take the funds out . Then while I was in line another chase customer had her account restricted for the same thing .. avoid chase !!!! It took 3 hours to get my funds back

Review of duolingo

Terrible Customer Service

Despite extensive searching, I can find no way to speak to a customer service representative. I was on a 975+day learning streak. When my phone was damaged, I bought a new one and the Duolingo app transferred over but started me at Day 1, Unit 1, Lesson 1. I had paid extra for ad-free learning, but with the transfer it reverted to ads. So frustrating. I'm done. Just canceled subscription and deleted the app.
