I booked two online events. I received emails for both, last minute, stating the events would be postponed and they would provide a new date when it is rescheduled. I reached out a couple of times asking for updates. The first time they said they did not have a new date yet, and I did not receive a response to the second.Because of this, I reached out to Eventbrite requesting a refund. I received a message stating I would have to wait 90 days and reach out to the event host for a refund first.I waited the 90 days, reached out to the event host, received no response, so I reached out to Eventbrite again. They came back with an automated message stating they do not provide refunds for those specific hosts. So now I am out $50.From what I can tell, Evenbrite is a scam, as are their hosts. Do not spend your money here.

I was on someone else’s account, and ended up taking my two lines and transferring them onto my own account. When this is done, they ONLY allow you to do it over the phone. After the transfer-My insurance was taken off not only my 2 devices but my girlfriend’s 2 devices on the previous line as well. Att told me I couldn’t have insurance because it has to be there from the first 30 days. This took 6- 1 to 2 hour phone calls to get straightened out. Then the next bill was extremely high at $220. I called Att and was told I would get a credit for the one month and that would bring it down to 180. The representative told me, “ your next bill and the following ones after will be 130 plus taxes and fees. This mistake was due to you being on a 1 gb plan instead of unlimited. I promise this issue will never happen again. Fast forward a month. My bill is $812I was still on the 1 gb plan and I have called over 15 times in the past month. I literally got hung up on 5 times and put on hold and they never came back 5 times.5 different times ATT tells me they are ,”creating a case” but can’t tell me the case number because it takes 3 business days to generate. So when I call back they ask for a case number and I can’t give it to them and they can’t look it up. A rep told me a few days ago my bill will be $160. Perfect. But it’s not updated on the account. And my bill is late and still showing I owe $710 . I cannot even begin to fathom how anyone can run a company with such horrible customer service. I’ve never seen anything so disorganized in my entire life. Go somewhere elseEven if it’s twice the cost I assure you that would be a great decision

Predatory company. Do not sign up to 14 day free trial - it auto-renewals your subscription *before* your trial period ends, and then you are in for a year-long subscription. If you cancel after 1 month, the cancellation fee is outrageous - it is 50% of an annual subscription.

What a joke!!,, I ordered an Ipad from CorteIngles online promised delivery in two days, nothing received, although the local delivery office MRW had assured me it was in transitand even given me a delivery window, ( 26 Jan between 1300 and 2000), Nothing received, phone up MRW local office and told the deliver would be made Mon 29 Jan, Nothing received, phoned agan, promised for delivery today 30 Jan, still waiting,,, contacted CorteIngles via their online chat, 3 attempts and the assistants just leave you waiting, phoned the customer help line, fully automated, with eventually cutoff by the machine asi they were too busy,, My 1st and last time shopping with Corte Ingles ,, lets hope they pay for the bad service by the company going down the tubes,,, not other options, !! PS my parcel is being tracked as in Transit for the last 4 days from the Depot in Yecla which is only 30ms away, ( but I cant collect as its in a van !!) Nincompoops!!worserer and worserer ( to quote Worzel G). I have just phoned the transport company ( MRW) and they tell me it will be deliver before midday, its now 1300,, go figure !! MRW beaten for poor service only by SEUR!!

Ashlien I think that’s how you spell it. She helped us so much when trying to fix my record player she went up and beyond to do everything she could using different speakers , different record players and tried to play the vinyl on the record player as well , her customer service was one of the best i’ve had and good customer is hard to come by now of days. Best buy is lucky to have her!

They attempted to take $150 out of my account because some guy who sent me $150 disputed the charges. I sent photos and screenshots and proof that he sent all to me and they couldn’t care less and told me I would have to get the police involved… the police do not care about my $150. Anyways, now I am suspended because I refuse to pay Venmo for that, I bought the man’s dinner. If they don’t want to take the time to investigate the dispute they should just eat the charge. Venmo sucks and me and all my friends have started moving back to cash payments. It is easier for me to save cash so I can’t say it’s all that bad.

There is no provision to cancel the subscription in their website. One has to call them to cancel it and the executive was very rude and didn't cancel my subscription. I had to call again to complain to his superior and the superior was kind enough to handle my compliant promptly.
