Wow, after trying to contact Shirley Torres at Royal Caribbean for 4 days with no return phone call, we finally got her on the phone. She was extremely rude, cut us off when we were speaking and was openly unwilling to help us with our questions at all. I have no idea what she us being paid for. However, if this is Royal Caribbean’s customer service philosophy—we are looking for another cruise line. Absolutely the worst customer service my wife and I have ever experienced.

Had an LG monitor break after 10 days, sent it back 30 days ago, was told I would have a replacement or fixed within 3-5 business days, that didn't happen. Chatted with their customer service twice, and I still have no answers besides, "a part is on backorder" Why not just send me a new monitor? As a video editor, I NEED this thing badly. I will NEVER buy another LG product again.

I personally *only* use Expedia for domestic travelling and hotel booking. I've had a few bumps in the road with using their app, even with playing it safe-- never booking Bed 'n Breakfasts, VRBOs, or anything that doesn't have a manager-- but even with the few misunderstandings and horrible circumstances I'd found myself in, the support team came through and managed refunds and credits to keep me going. Best thing to use when on vacation in the USA? Probably not. But they at least try to fix their mistakes wherever they can, even if their terms and conditions say otherwise. That's all I can respect, and I appreciate them for that effort.
