My goodness, I can't thank you all enough for existing. I'm no security expert, but I've been supporting a non-profit with multiple WP sites under AnonymousFox and DDOS attacks and found your service. Racing through the learning process, reaching Central, and locking things down was an absolute godsend. So far, so good, but I wanted to offer my thanks as a lowly nobody trying to protect a corner of the internet.

The site is unparalled in requestng facial photos now to validate one's desire to use its site. I'm no "spring chick" but to censor, block and discriminate towards me as a senior woman in my simple desire to keep in contact with old friends, is absolutely abborent & uncalled for when a tremendous amount of PERSONAL information has been given to them to compare identity. Now I remember WHY I closed the account years ago. These kids are absolutely overthetop specious & wholly ignorant, and I wouldn't trust them with too much of my own personal information for security purposes (...they say) I will not be held hostage and find another, more compatible, "user friendly" site. What an utter disgrace!

Very disappointed with the new layout in the magazine. It’s more like a newspaper or academic journal to be waded through rather than a magazine to be enjoyed. It appears boring. Additionally it’s less accessible as the font is much smaller.

One of the sellers on Etsy lied to me about shipping costs, and then blamed Etsy. I complained to the seller, and then Etsy told me I was in violation of their policy. They are so ignorant as to what is a violation it is funny. They need customers, I do not need them at all. Customer service is a joke also.

I'm giving a one star because of the absolutely horrible and atrocious support, as I'm sure the majority of the negative reviews on here and attributed to their disgusting customer support.My discord account was hacked 4 weeks ago, they sent me an email a few hours ago stating this, and this is word for word what they replied with: *Beyond our original support regarding this issue, we're unable to provide additional information or support for this request. If you need assistance on other subjects or situations, you can explore our Help Center here.* Lol, what a joke, discord support was descent back in the day, they would get back to you in a couple of days to a week but now it's a joke, they don't care now.They also took away reporting someone for malicious intent on their website, I don't know what's going on behind the scenes but something has to change.

My last review got taken down last time clearly Depop don’t like to be exposed so here it is again : This app took £10.50 from my bank it was supposed to be £3.50 because I did a refund for someone so they took the money back from my bank which was £3.50 but they took it 3 times, they was responding to my emails until I reported this to them and now there not answering, I will be leaving terrible reviews everywhere of this experience as I’m very disappointed and needed that money👎 also how tf would you even have access to take money out of my bank???? Very weird and very fraudulent company, would not recommend selling on here

Haven't received parcel trying to sort with on line chat to be told tickets have been raised .Well over a week answering questions the same question for another ticket to be raised and to also wait another week .out of pocket quick enough to take the payment but not so quick to give a refund

The return policy for orders through paypal is just absurd! You can't get a refund or exchange in-store. And when you select to return through Hermes because they offer a print in-store service, they won't print your label. Please fix it! This is nonsense! It just doesn't work!
