Very confusing and antiquated website. Despite being on a 'Print' package I was told I was only on a digital version. For a magazine that prides itself on new, innovative and cutting edge ideas, this is comical. I might have a look at the American Scientist for a better system.Updated : It's interesting to see that the 5 star review got a reply from 'New Scientist'. The only way the subscription service can improve is to look at the 1 star reviews, otherwise you will remain very poor. An excellent source of scientific information, marred by an inadequate subscriptions service.

Aol had delete all my emails without making a public notice statement warning consumers that they will now start permanently deleting all emails after 12 months. It would at least be a courtesy if they waited until you logged on to let you know this. Decades of research gone without prior warning. If you have not logged in for over 12 months they delete EVERYTHING!!! Ive had that account for 20 years. This is horrific and devastating. Im begging people to completely never use aol and even start a class action law suit. Im willing to bet the person making this decision is some intern a-hole with no life experience and deserves his head chopped off

I received an email (unsolicited) from Capterra asking to review some software I bought, and in exchange they promised a $20 gift card. Well, it has been many months since I wrote the review, and it has been many emails back and forth. They claim that my identity cannot be verified, but I even sent them a screen-shot of the licensed software. As well I have sent them a copy of my current photo driver's license, but this is not good enough for them. I checked my review, it was fair and honest and met their guidelines, but it seems that no matter what I do, they refuse to honour their end of the bargain, which was to give me the $20 gift card in exchange for the review I wrote.What makes matters worse is that they now have a ton of data, identity data, from me, and this in itself is a privacy violation. How did they get my email in the first place?

Unfassbar, wie Anthropic mit (zahlenden) Nutzern umgeht. Es gibt klare Anzeichen für einen Ausfall von Claude.ai, meldet man diese, geschieht nichts, außer dass der Support-Bot einen ermahnt. Das ist wirklich unverschämt und inakzeptabel. Es scheint so, als wäre Faulheit bei dieser Firma an der Tagesordnung, sowas darf man nicht unterstützen, erst recht nicht, wenn dort ein für die Öffentlichkeit nutzbares Tool angeboten wird, um das sich nicht gekümmert wird, wie es scheint. Infrastruktur scheint bei Anthropic ebenfalls miserabel zu sein, womöglich nur ein einziger Server, jedenfalls ist in Europa bereits am frühen Abend Schluss, sobald die USA online kommt. Unverschämt, mehr kann man über Anthropic nicht sagen, und es sei angeraten, dass diese Firma ihr Image bezüglich Ethik ändert, genauso sollte über eine Änderung des Firmennamens nachgedacht werden.It's unbelievable how Anthropic deals with (paying) users. There are clear signs of an outage of Claude.ai, if you report them, nothing happens except that the support bot admonishes you. This is really outrageous and unacceptable. It seems as if laziness is the order of the day at this company, something like that should not be supported, especially not when they offer a tool that can be used by the public and is not taken care of, as it seems. Infrastructure at Anthropic also seems to be miserable, possibly only a single server, in any case in Europe it is already over in the early evening as soon as the USA comes online. Outrageous, there is nothing more to say about Anthropic, and it is advisable that this company change its image in terms of ethics, as well as a change of the name of the whole company.

The account deletion process is insane. I find it exploitative and scummy to make it so hard to delete an account just because you want to retain users. Just a really shady practice. If you are a content creator, I really urge you to use a different platform. Your fans will definitely appreciate it!

Why, why, why, just like other sports broadcasters, are you using women as pundits and commentators for mens' football. They have never played at that level so, not unlike regular spectators, they are not qualified to do so. Surely you aren't paying them the same rate as men who have played the professional game and, arguably, have the experience to know what they're on about. Get rid of them!

I've had an eBay account for 20 years. I've never been super active on it, but I'd always found it helpful for finding items that aren't typically sold elsewhere. I've also sold a few items over the years with no issues, until recently. The eBay of the early 2000s is definitely not the same eBay of today. Very sad.Be aware that ebay now charges an outrageous HIDDEN "Transaction Fee" of 60% of your sale! That means that if you make a $100 sale, you will only make a $40 profit. Ebay keeps the rest. And the fact that this is absolutely not disclosed anywhere until AFTER you've made your sale, justifies calling this site a complete scam.After 20 years, I will be deleting my account once this sale goes through. No way am I getting duped like that again.

Never shopping ulta again have been a loyal customer spent tons of money in this store I just went to use a balance on my gift card and it was showing 0$ which is incorrect. I contacted the back of the card after going back and forth with 6 customer service reps one whom was the nastiest person I’ve ever spoke to they kept transferring me back and forth saying they couldn’t help. I just scratched off the pin NEVER used the balance and they told me they just see the card was used and CLOSED and cannot tell me for how much so they cannot see if there was a balance left. Basically they’re gift cards expire so I have $ left that is going in the garbage! Bye ulta
