Shame on you Consumer Reports, I am in the Uk and your reports are not relevant here. Trying to cancel membership is a nightmare. Every link just takes me around again, not to the spot where I can actually cancel. I tried Chat and telephone all without success, as I was left holding on without actual contacting anyone. Calling from the UK EXPENSIVE!!!

They will charge me $25 for a shipping label to return a $50 sheet set. I decided to ship it myself (one of the shipping options) but when I select that option, no address provided to ship my package to, only a long explanation for why I should choose their shipping label option. I searched through the whole returns section and cannot find an address to ship to. Beware. If you buy from them, it's for keeps.

Be very careful when using this company we booked a Holiday with Wowcher - Wowcher via their trusted provider Prime Holidays could not book that holiday and would not give us a refund. We have paid £421 for a non existent holiday and Klarna have sided with Wowcher. Wowcher have basically told them we redeemed the voucher so we cant have a refund but we havent booked anything - we are in the process of taking Wowcher to court as and part of this will be taking Klarna to the financial ombusdon. As a side note they have done exactly the same thing with our next door neighbour. Scamming people together as big companies do.
